    Professional and very knowledgeable plumber. Came early and did an excellent job. Expensive but I definitely recommend them .

    Stay away from this place they will RIP you off. The person that came out said it would not cost that much to put a new condensation pump for our furnace, he hooked it up, plugged it in and was gone in (20 minutes tops). Received the bill they charged me 241.36 for the pump which you can get it at home depot for 52.00 after doing some research. Plus another 100.00 for the service call. Price gouging at its finest and very deceptive!

    Frisbees has been our go to for so many projects of varying degrees. Our home is almost 50 years old and it seems nothing is easy to do and Frisbees has always come to the rescue. They have fixed a past owners faulty wiring job, worked by my side to finish up a bathroom remodel, and simply fixed a leaky faucet. There has never been a time that I had to have the technician come back and address the same issue. Also, the technicians have called my cell phone when they are headed over to work on a project so I can just meet them instead of having to wait around for an extensive window of time that other companies demand.
    Whether it is a broken water heater (that they discovered for me didn't need replacing which saved us that investment), electrical, or anything in between, it has been great to know they will always be there to help keep our home comfortable and I just have to call 1 place for it all!

    These people/business has help us so much. When first arriving to Sioux Falls I needed a sump pump. Being unfamiliar with my location I called a company called Golden Rule. BBBBiiiiggggggg mistake. After investigation I found I was charged double of Frisbees. I received a quoted for a new airco/heating system from Golden Rule and, again, Frisbees cut my costs by 6 - $7000 with a very high grade system. Frisbees has never failed me with quality products and quality work. Frisbees has thus far put in: Airco/heating system, hot water heater, water soften system (replacing my Culligan system and will pay for itself in about two years and lasts about 20 - 25 years), etc. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Frisbees is the best.

    Stayed home from work with a four hour block (sort of like the cable company) when they could show up at my home for plumbing services. Called once mid-afternoon to confirm they would be showing up. They confirmed....then dispatch called with five minutes to spare at the end of the day and wanted to reschedule. Don't use them...call somebody else. Miserable scheduling and poor customer service. I had been a frequent customer over the years (this was dismissed) with a "generally favorable" opinion....not anymore.

    I called Frisbees today to set up an appointment for a tech to come look at my central air unit. The service agent asked if I was Seth (I am a female) and then asked if Seth was my husband. No, that must have been the previous owners, I said. She updated my information and I had to call back with times that I would be available for this visit. When I called the second time, I was put on hold and then transferred three different times. Finally, when someone picked up again, they told me that a bill for work in 2005 was in collections and I needed to take care of it first. I didn’t own the house in 2005, and because I had just updated my info, I thought it was clear that I am not Seth. But the update must not have gone through. The woman said she would transfer me back to the service department again so that I could update my info and get on the calendar, but I declined.

    He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing & why it wud take longer. I live in Apt bldg. Just recovering from shoulder replacement-he was very helpful putting my laundry rm back in order. His name is Cade/Kade- didnt get his spelling.great employee who represents Frisbee well! 🙂

    We have two words for the Frisbee team... "Well Done".

    Our experience with your company started with a checkup on our furnace and our ailing humidifier. Your service representative came at the appointed time, checked the furnace and fixed the humidifier, rather made the necessary repairs which were better than the orginal installation and more importantly he explained the changes he made and why. That is just excellent customer service. Also at that time, my wife Carla said we were looking at a new air conditioner and would like an estimate. Within forty-eight hours, Lanny Murphy made arrangements to present a proposal. This was important since we had made a request from anohter firm some sixty days prior and have yet to get a response. Here again, Lanny arrived at the appointed hour, explained what unit would be best and why. Once again, another Frisbee employee with excellent customer service skills. The following day I came to the Frisbee office and filled out the paperwork for financing and again, that extra effort was made to make certain I was given personal service so that the approval only took minutes. Just more great customer service.

    Finally, the day of installation, Steve arrived exactly on time and began the installation. He took care to explain that changes were made and more importantly, why he had made the changes, which is greatly appreciated. Steve is one more example of the highly professional and courteous Frisbee people.

    Carla and I have always been real sticklers about customer service, having our own business, so to have a firm also always provide "more in use value than requested in monetary value" is truly an exception.

    This has been a great experience... it's "The Frisbee Experience".

    Had another big name HVAC company come look at my A/C units and was told would need all new everything for both unit. Frisbees came out and went above and beyond to find the parts to repair my existing units saving me thousands!! They also were very helpful and reasonable on coming out and firing up my heating system last fall! They have earned my business for sure!

    I found water leaking in two different rooms of the house, of course on a Saturday. I called several plumbing companies and asked the same questions. Availability to fix the leak, hourly rate, etc. After getting what I thought was correct information which was $112.50 for after hours. The other company was $150.00 and didn't know when they could get there. The gentleman arrived several hours later than what had been discussed. I had found where the leak was so he cut out the ceiling sheetrock and after asked if I had any plastic to lay down--a large sheet!! I had to put towels down and cover what was in the room. I would think they would bring this with them since it was a water leak. It took him 1/2hour to fix, was not very friendly but when I received the bil it was for $231.00. I called them and they charge $112.50 to drive to the house and then when they cross the threshold they start the clock for another minimum charge of $112.50 per hour--1 hour minimum then the part which was $1.44. This was not disclosed, which I find very deceptive since I asked specifically for the cost. When I called they said this is what they charge--DO NOT use these guys or get it in writing first.
