    The service was great. They were fast coming to the house and making the repairs. Caution dealing with them and the insurance. My insurance had to contact them multiple times and when they finally received the paperwork, they did not annotate any reason why I needed the repair. The insurance company said without this statement, they could not pay for the repair. I had to pay 1700$ myself because of this.

    Horrible service.... Brand new house a.c. and heating unit had to deal with them coming out to fix stuff for the last 18 months.... Only nothing gets fixed for more than 6 weeks... Then when the Heat has stopped working during polar vortex they want to blame MY FAMILY for the equipment THEY DECIDED TO INSTALL and charge us additional fees AS AN EMERGENCY? When my language became adult in content from frustrations I was then told to find a new company to work on it and that It was my problem. Horrible... How ANY company could operate like that... Its called accountability. To act as though my billing concerns had anything to do with them fixing their own mistake is childish... I wish I could say that their managment was better but sadly I cannot as their SERVICE MANAGER was the unsympathetic individual that took time to call me back to then tell me, at this point still his customer, how I an adult should and shouldnt talk...some nerve.... To act like we as customers should have empathy for your call center because of all of the calls that are going on yet you and your call center have no sympathy or empathy for the customers that are going through needing heat which your equipment is supposed to supply without the need for constant service calls is a mockery of a consumer based economy.

    Frisbees treated me like $h!t; they wouldn't even allow a technician to call me, so that I could ask them a question. Seems to me that by not allowing me to ask a technician a question about how to light the pilot light on my furnace, they might lose money, because I might be able to do it myself. I can tell you this, THEY'VE LOST A CUSTOMER. I will share my experience with my neighbors, advising that they be aware of Frisbees business practices...THEY SUCK.

    We were BEYOND grateful for Frisbee's. We had a sump pump failure and a lot of flooding last summer (summer of 2018) and had decided to look into a new one just prior to the torrential rains of March 2019. We were amazed that the person was able to come the day before those rains, install the pump and work with our 16 year old daughter, who was the only one home. She raved about how kind he was, and his name is Russ. THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts! We stayed dry.

    Service Department Scheduler doesn’t understand basic plumbing. She said to call sprinkler guy for a brass shut off valve from main water line. Maybe just too busy for something that small. After I took a picture of it and stopped by their office to show her what the valve looked like. She said “Oh, ya we can change that!”. I Recommend going elsewhere.

    Called them a week ago to come out and look at my ac unit. When I gave them the address they had the previous owner on file stating they had previously done work here. They called me the day of to let me know their tech was on the way only to have them call two minutes later to tell me they don't work on mobile home units. This was scheduled for a week and you tell me the day of that I need to call someone else...your site says all ac models if that isn't the case why isn't that changed or why isn't that a question you ask when customers call?

    We've used Frisbee's for years and will continue when we need service. From our new water heater install to our furnace service calls. Prompt, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and quick staff.

    Horrible correspondence and communication. Took an 'emergency' billed rate over 36 hours to show up and was 'fixed in 5 minutes. However it wasn't fixed and I was stuck with over $200 in bills that the service manager tried to justify. Use anyone else if possible.

    The plumber that was assigned to my service call was on time, clean, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service we receive from Frisbees.
