We had Darien out this morning and he was amazing. He was so professional and kind. He talked to us about what was going on, what caused it, what he was going to do, and what the cost would be. He was open and polite with us and we were very impressed. He was able to get our furnace working again and with South Dakota winters, that's a necessity. Especially with 3 kids in the house. We'll be using Aire Serv again for sure!

Ian was great at getting out to the house quickly and evaluating our needs. Tyler was quick with the install, cleaned up after himself, and was very friendly. I received a text when the technician was on his way, which was nice to have a heads up versus just a 4 hour window of estimated install timeframe.

Aire Serv was able to get out to us quickly (same day after a mid afternoon call) when no one else could. They sent out Darien who was so helpful and kind! He was able to get our furnace back up and running quickly and was happy to answer many questions and do some teaching so we knew how not to make the same mistake again! Aire Serv will definitely be our first call next time we have and HVAC need

Our heat pump went out and it was either pay $4k for repairs or $8k for a new system. They didn't pressure us either way but we thought it best to do a replacement. Brad Plaga came out and explained everything in detail so we could make the best informed decision on a new unit. They couldn't get to it for about a week so he came back with two portable AC units for our bedroom and the wife's office. Then on install day Kyle Neuschwanger showed up to install the new unit. He was professional and quiet, I work from home and forgot he was here unless he asked a question or I heard him go outside. I will always recommend Airserv and won't hesitate to call them in the future. AAA+++!

Great crew! Ian was informative. Joe and Dakota did a great job cleaning the ducts out. Lucas and Tyler did an amazing job on the install. Ryan was helpful with additional questions I had regarding other electrical work I was looking into. As a military veteran myself I was happy to see that most of the guys they sent were veterans and active service guys so that made me feel "at ease" Even the music they had while on hold during a phone call was hilarious. Overall great experience so far would highly recommend!

Our service started with a diagnostic by Darien about an hour after I noticed blower wasn’t working. Very pleased with how fast he was available during very cold weather. Darien presented options for repair/replacement and patiently worked with us (after normal business hours) to ensure we had plan.

I appreciated the call I received the following morning to alert me crew was on the way. Tyler and Luke did a great job installing our new furnace. They were courteous and kept me well informed. Very impressed by extra efforts they made to minimize tracking (recent snowfall) and to clean up area after install. Luke and Tyler answered questions and provided a tour of the new system. The install went very smoothly and was completed in less time than estimated. My kids were thrilled to come home to a warm house.

Really appreciated updates (calls and texts) letting me know service professional(s) were on the way.

Woke up this morning to a chilly 58* house despite the furnace being set at 68. Called Aireserv at 8am and they had Peyton R. at the house by 830am. Peyton did a fantastic job explaining what he found to be the culprit in why the furnace was not operating as it is intended. Additionally, Peyton did a thorough inspection of the entire unit.

I was super impressed with the service, communication, and expertise that Peyton provided. Highly recommend Aireserv and Peyton.

Tyler and Luke installed our furnace today , they were both so professional and knowledgeable and did the installation in a timely manner! After they were done Tyler explain how to use our new thermostat and walk me true what they did and how everything operates! They also made sure everything was cleaned and picked up after they were done! I’m thankful for the great service we received from Tyler and Luke and would recommend them to everyone who needs service of this kind!
