What a great experience! No one likes when the A/C goes down, but Ian was able to come out and give us a quote the next day and get it installed within a week. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything! Then the installation process went so smooth and stress free. Jay and Jeff were the best installers I think I've ever had! They made us felt at ease and got it done efficiently and effectively. Thanks to all three!

I got home from work at 2:30pm on July 3rd to a very hot house. The woman who took my call was just wonderful and got us on the list for the same afternoon. Cole, the technician, arrived in under two hours and had the AC up and going within 20 minutes! He was very professional, quick to get us up and running, and upfront about the cost of the service and part. I was not expecting to have AC until much later in the day. Thank you so very much!

Thank you to the Aireserv team (Brad, Jeff, Jay and Kory)! Brad explained everything we needed for the most efficient way to heat and cool our house, didnt oversell and was honest. The installation team of Jeff, Jay, and Kory were very respectful to property and very pleasant. I was EXTREMELY impressed with how fast the installment went. They said it could take a day and a half but they were actually done in about 6 hours.
It's never fun to spend that amount of money BUT I trust the team and company with ou product and their installment. I would recommend Airserv to anyone. We are completely satisfied and happy with our new system.

Called in the morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment yet that day and then he ended up even able to come earlier than was set up for. The tech was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and signing me up for the maintenance plan. He was very evident at his job.

The very next day, Aire Serve sent out a team consisting of Aaron Conners, Jeff Kitchen, and Tyler Ackerman to install our new AC and furnace. I was thoroughly impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail. They completed the installation efficiently and left no mess behind. Their commitment to quality and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.

Had my ac unit go out on a Sunday night. Repair tech was out 8am the next day, estimated the repair. The next day they also did an eval for full system replacement. Both the tech and the evaluator were professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and were incredibly thorough. Highly recommend them

Our AC went out at a terrible time. Two previous companies we spoke to told us it was going to be 3+ weeks before we would be back up and running. Airserv was able to provide us a quote within 24 hours and had us scheduled within the week. The installation guys (Jay and Jeff) were very friendly, timely, and did a phenomenal job. We will most certainly be using Airserv again in the future.

We had an Indoor Air Quality system installed over 8 months ago. The service was great, and I've been very happy with the differences in my home. You can no longer even tell which room our dog spends time in while we're at work! I'm excited to see how the humidifier we're having installed tomorrow improves our indoor environment even further :)
