I had an with Amazing experience Serv! I purchased a new HVAC system and the service from Jeff and Tyler was exceptional. They kept me informed as to what they were doing / what the plan was and worked wonders with the limited space they had within my house. I know it wasn't an easy installation by any means.

Ian did a fantastic job explaining exactly what I was purchasing and what the plan was for installation. I was able to email him with a few extra questions and got a quick response. He even helped got things coordinated with Mr. Electric to replace my power panel. Not having to coordinate getting an electrician on site myself was a massive time saver.

I ran my new furnace over the weekend and my house was the most comfortable it has been in my time living here (and that was even without the UV air cleaner running yet!). Aire Serv (and Mr. Electric) have a customer for life. Thanks for everything guys!

Jared Iverson came out to fix our furnace on a really cold day. The problem was a simple fix but he also did a very thorough inspection of our furnace which gave me a huge peace of mind. He explained everything well and was pleasant and friendly. Will definitely use Aire Serv again.

Tyler and Luke installed a new furnace and AC unit. They were on time, very professional, and took time to show us the system they installed, to answer our questions, and made sure we knew that they are always available if we have any questions or issues. From the first recommendation (Ashley) to the first phone call (Brittany) to the sales call (Ian) to the installation (Kyle and Don) to the duct cleaning (Kyle and Don again!), it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company that was not only professional but personable. Our AC had been freezing up in the fall and then again in the summer, as it was hotter than hot! We called Aire Serv, and they sent Jeff (technician) out the same day. After inspecting the inside and outside, Jeff showed us where a valve was literally leaking oil... shucks. We were planning on leaving town 6 days later, so I was worried they would not be able to install a new one before then. I was wrong! They installed the new unit 2 days later! We felt like Ian did a fabulous job of checking the specs of our house and giving us a good estimate on a unit that was 'just right' for us! Jeff, Don, and Ian all showed great professionalism and care as there was a sense of urgency in getting the new unit installed. Ian also came out a week after install to make sure we were satisfied and everything was going okay. We felt like all of the staff were honest, reliable, and truly had our family's best interest in mind. We would definitely recommend Aire Serv to anyone in need of service, repair, or install with heating and/or cooling!
