Joe and Chris did a great job. They cleaned our dryer vent and heating ducts and installed a new furnace filter system. They were here on time and were very professional and friendly. Can't wait to see what a difference this makes.

I called them to install a new thermostat I had already purchased. The tech looked over my systemand advised me not to use the thermostat I had purchased because it didn't have a 5th wire which I had already informed them about on my initial call, instead he tried to sell me a thermostat from them that was 10 times the price and wanted an additional $850 to install. I guessing it was easier than trying to run a 15 foot piece of wire. All told they gave me an estimate for $2000 for equipment and labor. In my opinion the tech immediately went into sales mode when faced with a tough job. My electrician buddy said it might be a little tough but not impossible. I declined their estimate to gouge my wallet.

Cole did a great job and even disposed a dead rabbit for me.

Terrific customer service beginning with young lady who answered the phone and scheduled an appointment. Darien also provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. A pleasant experience.

A big thanks to Kyle, Luke and Ian! I also received here at service from the two women I spoke with the day my furnace quit working and the gentleman that repaired my old furnace to get me by until the new one was installed. I'm sorry I forgot your names. You we're all so great to work with! You all made the process stress-free and painless.

For once a company that really does cares about people, from office staff to techs. My husband and I are seniors and I have health issues. Our central air went out when the weather was in the 90’s. This company made sure I got a portable ac till my new central air could be installed. I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service. Thanks to Al I survived the heat. You are amazing. I like they keep in touch with you when they are on their way. They are on time. Today I had 2 very nice men Kyle and Tyler show up at 8am and installed our new unit. Michael arrived within 30 minutes of my emergency on-call this morning. He was professional and courteous and genuinely cared about getting my furnace fixed properly. He explained everything and made sure I understood what the charges were and what was happening!! I highly recommend Aire Serv!!

AC unit went out recently and I called Aire Serv as I saw they were available 24/7. With it being so hot out I was desperate for anyone to come out and take a look to get our AC up and running again. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. They were able to get a technician out to my house the same day and when Josh arrived he did an amazing job of going over everything that could be the issue and did some additional checking to verify everything was as it should be. We replaced the air filter and discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the price provided to me for the replacement and more than happy to sign up for their annual service package. This type of response and customer focused service gave me great peace of mind if issues arise in the future with my AC or furnace.

Tyler and Jeff are amazing! They were professional and showed empathy to our situation with a baby at home. They were quick and professional and made sure everything was working as intended. Ian from sales also did a great job at explaining our duct work and explaining all the options we could do without pressuring us into a system that we didn’t need. All in all I would highly recommend Aire Serv!

If I could rate this 10 stars I absolutely would. Darien is truly amazing!! Very explanatory on what he was doing so I knew what the problem was and what was going on. Even helped with my random thermostat and humidifier questions and made sure that I had every question answered and everything taken care of before leaving. I called on a Sunday and within 30 minutes he was at my house to fix it. I am extremely impressed and happy with Aireserv!
