Hander was on point after hours for a boiler issue. He (Jeremy) got it up and running to get our tenants heat and hot water at 4:30 am on a Sunday. They were so easy to communicate with. Treated my with professionalism. Travis is great to contact for scheduling repairs. ALL the technicians are awesome! Thank you! Would recommend! They are the ones to call!

I normally call waterB but they were busy until next week so I called Hander. Hander came over next day and I immediately loved that he was friendly, laid back yet still professional and cared about getting it finished correctly. He was even joking around. I find it awkward AF to be around strangers but Jacob was awesome! He also has good hand writing so I can read this invoice. It was about $200 less than I thought it was going to be. Wooohooo!!! Ultra relieving to have a fun, nice, professional person to “deal with” when plumbing issues come up; it makes it a lot less stressful! Hander will be my first call next time!

Over 4th of July long weekend - Jeremy came over quickly and fixed the problem even faster! So thankful for him and Hander!! 10 out of 10 would call them again!

Great work by a very professional team. Chack and Trey installed a new furnace and humidifier quickly and efficiently and left me very confident that this was the right company to go with.

Called Hander out for 3 work orders at my property. They arrived very fast, great attitude. They were patient, kind, took the time to explain things, even added on more work orders with no problem! Will not be using your business for anything. When we first originally called we were told we would be billed the amount and would not need to pay upfront however today when you all finally arrived we were told different after the service. We waited over a week for you all to come and there was zero communication of scheduling/rescheduling when the storm hit. We had to repeatedly call you all to figure out what was happening. No apologies for the lack of communication and we got complaints that our road wasn’t plowed which it was all day but you supposedly couldn’t get on our road but numerous cars/suvs did along with ourselves. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. Also had to clean a huge mess that you all left.

A year ago, Hander Plumbing installed a furnace humidifier for our home. I recently discovered a issue with the humidifier that required a phone call to Hander Service department. The gentlemen who took my call, understood the issue and sent a tech out to address my complaint within a few hours. The tech was very knowledgeable and congenital. He discovered the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes AND I was not billed for a service call.
When you have a plumbing need. Call Hander, they’re the Best.
