The technician Guy was great, he knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly and even let me know how to prevent the problem in the future. I will definitely be using and recommending this company again!

Called for a plumber because my toilet wasn't flushing. He came and changed the flush valve and left. Cost was 200 dollars. He wrote in an extra half hour of time which made for a higher bill. When I went to check on the toilet it still didn't flush. Called him back over and he plunged it and held the handle for 30 seconds and it finally flushed. Then he rushed out and said hav
e a good day. Went and checked the toilet and still no flush! Having a second company come out to finish the job since Hander plumbing is obviously worthless. Will never call them again and I suggest you don't either!!!

November 30, 2020 I had 2 " of water in my basement laundry room.
I called Travis in scheduling who is always so responsive to my needs. In exactly 15 minutes, Tyler arrived. He discovered that is was not the water heater but my indoor drain. Mitch arrived in a few minutes to unclog my drain.. Today. December 1, 2020. I had Shack arrive to service my furnace for the winter. They are all wonderful guys and went out of their way to help me. I strongly recommend Hander Plumbing!

Hander Inc sent a kind but incompetent man to run the gas lines in our home. This man admitted to us after about 6 weeks into the job that he had never run gas lines in a home before. We had continuous communication problems with this technician and the office where we kept being told the job was done when it was not. Toward the end of the job, during an inspection, we found it did not pass the city gas codes and parts of the job had to be redone. After complaining to the Hander Inc. managers about the slow speed, lack of capacity of the technician, and failure to meet city codes, another Hander Inc. Technician was sent to check the work. We were informed by this person that due to lack of good staff, this is the way Hander Inc works: They send lower skilled people first and only send out the more skilled technicians when complaints are lodged. This second technician checked the work, and then turned on the gas, declaring everything satisfactory. Unfortunately neither of these men found that one of the valves connecting a bend in a pipe had never been tightened. That night my family, including two children under 5 years of age, slept in the house all night with a major GAS LEAK. In the morning we noticed the whole house smelled of gas and, after removing the children, made an emergency call to a different company who came immediately. This company was the one who found the valve so loose that it moved around with light touch of a finger. There are no words for how we feel after this experience and the danger in which Hander Inc place us, and our small children.
Our total bill with them for the "work" was over $7,000. At the time of writing this review we are still waiting for Hander Inc's response to our written complaint about the situation. We intend to take legal action against them.

Called about an issue with my laundry room drain spewing water, was promptly told that they do not handle drains. Strange that a plumbing company does not handle drain issues, considering it is a part of the plumbing. I asked if they had any recommendations for who to call about the drain. The response was I have no one at all that I could recommend for you to call. What? Seriously? If I ever need any actual plumbing done I will be going with someone else.

Check and Mitch were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous last week when they came to service my air conditioner. They were very willing to answer all of my question. Great experience with Hander,

Jeremy came to our home to fix a toilet and a faucet in our Master Bath. The work was done quickly, efficiently and below budget. I will recommend Hander Plumbing and Jeremy Flannery to anyone who needs quality plumbing.

We had a broken pipe in the wall in the bathroom. Got the water slowed down and called Hander to see about a plumber. Travis said they could have one here in less than two hours. Rick was here in less than two hours and looked over the problem. He made one trip to his van and returned with everything he needed to fix the broken pipe. Very efficient. He was done in about an hour and he deserves a big attaboy.

Jeremy Flannery provided great service. He was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend! I will certainly call Jeremy at Hander Plumbing again.

Hander has provided my great service on rental units since I started using there company on 1992! Great service and already try to get someone out asap every time I call! Thanks to Karen in Service....she does a remarkable job!!!!
