Plumber Jake was extremely helpful and professional. He replaced my old faucet and also the shut off valves. He noticed one additional potentially future costly repair, my very old main valve, suggested an additional redundant shutoff valve, which I had him install. Very good job!! Will use again!!

Trey fixed my heater a few weeks ago and he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Trey.

Jacob was Very informative, polite and professional. Super efficient and very thorough he made sure to answer all my questions, very friendly and the perfect example of excellent customer service. I will definitely be calling Hander for any future hvac issues.

Tech came out about 3-4 weeks ago to fix our furnace that went out. Don' t remember his name but he was nice and pleasant a little hard to understand. He replaced our flame sensor had me turn it on and then proceeded to tell me we needed a new furnace for about $3000.00. Said it had hole in it and could be leaking Carbon Monoxide but never even ran a test to check. Was trying to push getting a furnace put in the next day but after he left I called for a second opinion since it would've been such a huge expense if we needed to replace it.
Next tech looked it over found a piece of old filter in the vent, ran a Monoxide test which was negative. He said everything else looked fine and has been working just fine for the last 3 weeks.
Beware of these guys! These guys are either tring to upsell to make more money or there techs don't know much. If I could give 0 stars I would for my first impression with this company.

Hander is great! I highly recommend them especially if you get help from Tyler! We were having toilet issues and clogged drains in the sinks and shower Tyler came right out and fixed it with no problems and was in and out fast! We haven’t had any problems since!

We had a pipe begin leaking in our laundry room. Jeremy was there almost immediately. He was able to locate the leak and get it handled in no time. We discussed a couple of other things we might need and when the time comes we will be glad to have Jeremy come back to fix them!

Had Jacob out for some shower maintenance and he did a fantastic job! He was friendly, helpful and informative. Also, he gave excellent advice for future plumbing decisions/maintenance around the house.

Hander Plumbing guys were great!
We had an issue with the pipe our washing machine drains into. Not only did it get fixed, it got turned in a better direction to allow more space for the washer to be in line and even with the dryer.
It sounds like a little thing, but it made a huge difference to me!
