Hander Inc. Plumbing & Heating

Called Hander’s service department today (Travis is wonderful!) and literally had someone @ my home in 15 minutes! We had 2 different venting issues at different locations. Within 90 minutes, both were corrected beautifully! Would recommend Hander to EVERYONE!

Replaced our kitchen sink by completely marring our countertop removing the old sink. Now we have a new sink with a counter that has gashes all the way around it. Company not accepting any responsibility for the damage.
Owner claims to have no records of service. At the time, they sent another tech out to "fix" situation and he said he couldn't fix that. It would have to be replaced. Sent certified letter to owner and they are the ones who stopped communicating with us.

Hander does great work and always treats me right I call them out for a range of things from pipe repairs to fixing boilers. They are always prompt and efficient/get the job done. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I called to make an appointment and they were able to come out right away, within a few hours we had hot water again! Jacob did an amazing job. He explained exactly what was wrong and what our options were. Very professional and accountable. We will be using them for all our plumbing and heating needs now! Thank you!!

New furnace installed within one week of ordering. Techs Chack and Trey were fast and professional. Good price too, I would definitely recommend them.

We called around to multiple places to get our water heater replaced. They were around $200 cheaper than everyone else and we were able to get on their schedule for Monday right away (called Friday afternoon). Very pleasant to work with!

We also asked them if they could remove our water softener for us (which was also broken) and they also took care of that for us for a little more $. Thank you, Hander Plumbing and Heating!!

After calling several other companies to quote a garage heater and humidifier for the heater and waiting for replies, Hander responded immediately, was lower than two other top rated companies, and was able to install within days. Installers were prompt, courteous, fast, responsible, and cleaned up like they were never here. Will always call Hander first.

Mr David Apple is an excellent plumber. He is very knowledgable, professional and even explained to me what he was doing. I can easily recommend him to anyone for your shower or plumbing issues.

Jacob was awesome! He was courteous and professional. He did replace three valves for us for the washer and water heater. Additionally, he was engaged and able to educate on maintenance and answer some questions about the service. Jacob made a priority to establish a human connection during our service call. Will definitely return to Hander based off customer service and a job well done!

I had Jacob come to my home and help with my shower faucet/leak, he was super professional, kind and personable! He educated me on the issue and really took the time to make sure it was done the right way! I would highly recommend Hander to anyone simply off of the customer service Jacob gave me because I can tell he takes pride in what he does!
