I have just called Airserve Today and in 30min Jeff was here, my A/C unit wasn’t working and he is very professional and he found the problem right away. 5 star to Jeff

Jeff from Aireserv came out to my house and was very helpful in describing work that needed to be done and was very professional. Great experience working with them.

Jeff was great and explained the needed maintenance well. He was quick but also thorough.

How do I describe this company? Scammy, incompetent, dishonest. Probably all 3. Do you know those News segments that catch scammy contractors in the act. That’s Aire Serv. They do not want to fix your furnace/air conditioner. They want to sell you a new one. They essentially go to your house, fool around with your furnace a bit, then tell you, that you need a new one. Read their 5 star reviews, those people were sold new furnaces and thanked Aire Serv for the privilege of getting scammed. I did not read the bad reviews before I hired them, I should have, because then I would have known they are an upsell company. Something tells me, their “contractors” make commission. All in all, do not trust this company. Once they realize, you realize, they are a scam, they become rude. The reason they charge $200 to come tell you that you need a new furnace is because some people end up realizing they are a scam and they need to still make money when you realize this.

We highly recommend AirServ! Our 29 year old A/C unit went out in 100° weather on the weekend. Kyle came right out to inspect and describe the issue. Once we decided it was time for a replacement, they were able to send Brad, the salesman, over that same day to give us a tutorial on the options we had. As we would have to wait for the new AC to be installed, Kyle made sure to set us up with portable AC units to keep us cool (especially important to us with young kids at home; one being a newborn) until we could get the install complete a week later. Brad did a phenomenal job continually following up with us and keeping us in the loop on our expected timeline for replacement. The day of the install was so smooth…Kyle and Kamren were pros! And Brad made a stop to check in on everything. We felt so well taken care of from the phone calls to the office with Joy, to the service techs and to the salesman. And we never once felt that we were just any ole customer to them. Everyone also made sure to wear their shoe covers anytime they entered the house, which is so important to me. ;) Very respectful company!

Darien was great! He did an amazing job and was very respectful to all in the house hold (toddler and furry friends included). He found the previous problem that the tech before had done, explained why it was causing our problems with our furnace, and fixed it without any complaints about work or the time to get it done.

Very knowledgeable, repaired the shower valve with ease and efficiency. Gave quote prior to job, knew exactly what I was paying prior and gave notes on the potable water container showing rust buildup

Preston was an amazing technician he handled our service phenomenally. He was there a timely fashion and he also didn’t let my children bother him. I would recommend the service to anyone in Sioux Falls they are fast friendly and do a great job! I would also ask for Preston as your technician really great guy! He also saved us on a weekend!

Cole came out and fixed my AC unit after a competitor of air serve failed to properly diagnose the issue + made it worse. Thanks Cole for helping me out!

Jeff came to our house to fix our air conditioner after hours! We greatly appreciated it!
