94 outside and the central air goes out! AireServ answered the call in every way! They sent Cole out right away, with little wait. Cole explained every option for me. From repair and replacement options, and even finance options. Fast friendly and straightforward. Perfect!

2022: Good quality service and they made it out the day I called just an hour later and diagnosed/repaired my AC unit. It was a thermostat issues and they replaced it immediately. While he was out here I also had him service the AC and added refrigerant/coolant. Loved service enough to subscribe to their program. Have to say it was good quality service I will use them for heating/cooling/ and plumbing now(they partner with other companies in town for plumbing) recommend and the tech was friendly felt comfortable having him in the house.

June 16 2023: i had Jeff come and do a check on my AC/Furnace found some issues that the people I'd previously hired had done incorrectly. He was honest about things that I'd need to do eventually to get my house to how it should be i appreciate that. Though I'm upset because I'd paid to have those things done already and the previous people I'd hired simply didn't do them, nor do they guarantee their work. Airserv does however! It was good and disappointing knowledge to have because i didn't even know to look for things not done correctly in the first place. I'll hire these guys again for honesty and diligence he could have easily walked out said everything was good and i wouldn't have known any better, now i can prepare for the cost and issues to watch for.

Woke up to my furnace not heating so called for an appointment, not expecting such a fast response but got an appointment for the same day and Kyle showed up and promptly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Also reviewed options for products that might improve my furnace without any pressure to do so immediately and got me signed up for their maintenance program so they’ll look after my HVAC, plumbing and electric from now on. Such a great experience! Thank you Kyle.

A friend recommended Aire Serv based on their own past positive experience. I couldn’t be happier that I followed their advice. Aire Serv repaired my furnace just ahead of another wave of cold and snow. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. The techs finished the repair earlier than I anticipated and walked me through the process while answering every question I had. We had to replace an outdated and failing heating system while the temps were below zero. We were not given the typical sales pressure by Ian, just fair options and treated respectfully. Jay and Jeff who installed the new system were efficient, careful to explain the changes that needed to be made, and clearly are well-established professionals in their trade. We could not have asked for a better experience in what is normally a more stressful situation. We're looking forward to working with Aire Serv for duct cleaning and some additional enhancements as well!

We were sure impressed with how easy this process was. We originally made an appointment thinking it was going to be simple maintenance but unfortunately ended up needing a whole new furnace. Brad Plaga helped us make an excellent choice for our home and family. He was very informative as well as helping us make informed decisions with no pressure. We felt confident in our choices. On the day of instillation, Kamren McCubbin and Jay Dugan were here early in order to get things moving. They were both very friendly, clean, and had it all finished in a timely manner. They also were very informative when explaining our new equipment. Kory Hussing with Mr. Electric was also very friendly and had his job done well and extremely quickly. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend working with this team again. Made what you would think would be a painful experience into a painless, informative, and enjoyable process.

Our furnace stopped working and everyone involved in getting us a new furnace was amazing. They were always on time even though we were having winter storms and they worked with us every step of the way. They even worked with us to supply our insurance company with information for our claim. I'm super pleased with the work they did, how responsive everyone was, and how nice everyone was to us.

AireServ tech Kyle showed up on extremely short notice and was very polite and professional! After diagnosing the problem, he gave us multiple options for repair and had the unit repaired in less than an hour! Thanks again for the prompt, professional service!
