Amazing service by Salvatore! He was friendly and fast. Also, came same day, which was a life saver in this heat! Prices are also the best out of the few places we called. Would definitely recommend!

Service call for malfunctioning indoor AC. Technician completely unfamiliar with the unit, unsuccessfully fiddles around with it, then says he will need to take it outside and clean it for an additional several hundred dollars, but that it would have to be a separate appointment. He didn't even have any tools at his disposal to do a cursory cleaning in the meantime. $200 bucks and 1 1/2 hours later, i'm left with a broken AC in the middle of a multi-day 100 degree heat wave. Decided to use them because of all the "favorable reviews," which I find highly suspect.

Nothing but good things to say about the service I recieved. I called on a Sat. evening & they came at 10 the next morning & on a holiday weekend in the hottest part of summer. The technician was on time, friendly & knowledgable. Didn't overcharge for the simple maintenance needed even though it wouldn't necessarily be unreasonable to charge more for weekends. Will definitely call again in the future!

I have been using Mack Heating and Cooling for over ten years. Most of the same people have been working there during that time. My wife was home for the last service and she said that the technician knew where everything was at and went right to work. There is no better Carolina company in the HVAC industry.
