Great experience. Was offered (and used) 2 window units during the switch out, thought i would have to buy them myself. Were on time, job done within time frame given. Didn't leave a mess behind, and even replaced hinge on my crawl space door when i didn't ask. They filed for the warranty which was also a plus. Over all: Great!! c mayson

EXCELLENT service and FANTASTIC turnaround time. Our unit went out and after many repairs over the years we finally decided to get it replaced. The owner came out and looked at options for us because the type unit we had (a split unit) was not what would be best long term for us. The price was great and the install crew was very courteous and thorough. They even spent a little extra time to make sure no screws or small pieces of material were left out since we have a small child. AWESOME folks - would highly recommend!

We have been using Mack Heating & Cooling for years and they are simply the BEST! If they make an appointment for 10:00 they will be there. If they are running behind they will call you way before you appointment time. Very Friendly, Very Professional, Very Experienced Staff!

I like their communication but they are expensive. The technician didn't apply a 10% off coupon that is listed on their website though he said he applied it. I hate working with people who are not honest. I'd not recommend anyone to work with anyone who is a liar. I didn't give them 1 star only because they were very responsive and did a great job when it comes to communication but you could get the same service at a lower price so avoid Mack Heating & Cooling.

It's pretty stressful when your AC unit goes out in 100 degree weather and you don't know who to call. I immediately go into defensive, "I'm probably gonna get ripped off mode." NOT so with these guys! I had actually called another place to come out but their customer service was so bad I told them to forget it and ended up calling Mack Heating & Cooing. What a great twist of fate! Kenny was fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable and the pricing was very reasonable. There's no up-selling of stuff you don't need. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely call them again next time I need service or a new unit.

The Tech was actually early for the appointment, which is rare nowadays. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

After hours service......

Our Air conditioner stopped working around 5pm on a Friday afternoon, within a hour the technician was here ( very surprised - dispatch stated that it would possibly be 2hrs before anyone could make here) within 30 minutes it was fixed! Professional people , and not one time did I feel as I was being sold something, or that they was doing me a favor. Thank you again for the Fast service without breaking the bank. Mack heating and cooling has a lifetime customer!

This is the second time I called mack heating and air. Both times, Kenny came out and he is outstanding!! He is very honest and informative!! When I call, they are very quick to respond. They even provided us with window units to use until our unit will be fixed (delay due to hurricane). I strongly recommend this company when having heating and air troubles!!!!!

We quoted multiple companies to replace one system and re-duct the second system. Mack Heating and Air was the most budget friendly and work was completed very professionally on budget and on schedule.
Other companies all tried to upsell quotes with unnecessary costly upgrades, Mack's quote was best equipment and options for my application.
