The technician was knowledgeable, informative, professional, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He was quick to identify the issue and they were quick to order the parts and get them installed. He pointed out and fixed issues the other company caused without extra charge (like wires not being hooked up correctly) The people from the previous company I dealt with were crooks. I will continue to do business with Mack as long as they continue to provide this level of service.

Had an excellent experience with Mack Heating and Cooling starting with Kenny coming out to give us a quote. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He came across as honest and trustworthy, didn't try to push the most expensive product or service, just gave us advice and treated us with respect. We called Thursday to hire their service and they came out Friday and had the whole thing done in just a few hours. All the technicians were professional and friendly. Their price was fair and the whole thing was convenient and hassle free. So far the new unit seems to be working well, we haven't had any extreme heat yet but I feel confident with the guarantees the company offers. I would highly recommend this company!

We made appointments for Mack Heating & Cooling to service units at both our our homes. We were surprised that they were willing to service units that were 50 miles apart. We were very pleased with the thorough check of our units including recommendations received to maintain them. We need our entire HVAC system replaced in one of the homes and definitely plan on letting these folks do the job! Professional and highly recommended.

My grandfather was very pleased with the service he received. He text me during the process and stated “these guys are air conditioning professionals and he is very happy”. They did a great job keeping him informed on what was going on and made sure he stayed comfortable during the time the unit was turned off. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of the techs that were out but THANK YOU! It’s not easy pleasing my grandfather and you guys did an excellent job!!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and Kyle who were very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. We truly appreciate your help and assistance in fixing the problem. We first called Mack Heating and Cooling in 2016 to resolve some HVAC issues on our newly constructed home in West Columbia, and we continue to use their annual maintenance services. Kenny and team have provided duct work repair, dehumidifier warranty repair, Honeywell thermostat installation and drain line reconfiguration to improve the efficiency of our HVAC system and our sealed crawlspace. We appreciate the professional and knowledgeable service from their technicians and their front office team. We highly recommend them.

We use Mack Heating and Cooling for our home and several rental properties we own. The office staff and technicians communicate well with us and clearly explain all options and billing. They are prompt and efficient on service calls, repairs or installations. The office staff understands our needs and clearly explain billing and work orders. The technicians are friendly, yet stay on task and complete work in a timely fashion.

Went in to Mack Heating and Air on a whim years ago while on the way to get a capacitor from a supplier downtown. They had the part I needed and at the same price. I started using them on my rental properties, and have now started using them at my home. They have always been on time, no up sales and several options if they are available.
