Love Plumbing Air & Electrical

Called Love's this morning because my drain pan wasn't flowing into the condensate pipe. They scheduled same day service. Reginald Corley was the technician. When he arrived, he stepped out of his work boots to walk down the hall. My cat was all about helping him inspect inside AC cabinet. Reginald was very thorough. He listened as I told him what I had done to try to unclog pipe and clean the line. Reginald explained the diagnosis, made the repairs and explained all he had done. I had also mentioned I was concerned that drain pipe might not be extending out far enough from the underpinning so I thought earthquakes and/or mowing grass, might knock the pipe out of the hole in underpinning. He attached a piece of pipe to extend it further out AND to make it more visible when mowing grass. I have used Love's for several plumbing and AC repairs. I won't hesitate to give them a call for future jobs. Thank you Reginald and Love's for getting the AC functioning properly again.

A Love plumber (Corrie) arrived for a natural gas estimate on running a gas line to a fire pit. He was relatively pleasant, and surveyed the gas line on the side of the house. He presented a “firm” quote on an iPad requiring signature. Within two minutes of presenting the quote he walked back to the area of installation and said the project required changes and was going to cost more money. NOTHING HAD CHANGED SINCE THE QUOTE PRESENTED 2 MINUTES EARLIER. Management had called later and attempted to make a deal, but the trust was lost. Do not do business with a company you cannot trust. ***NOTE: THE RESPONSE IS A LIE. THE PRICE OF THE REGULATOR WAS ADDED BEFORE THE QUOTE WAS PRESENTED.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge Corrie Williams possesses. He explained everything so I could understand why I needed the work done, and what that meant to the value of my home.
He cleaned up all of his work when he was ready to leave.

When I have any further work to be done, I will be calling Love, and asking for Corrie specifically.
If I need to rate them on a 10 point metric I would give him #1 (Being the best).

Donny Tomlin arrived as scheduled and did a most thorough assessment of our electrical problem. He communicated well with us, worked tirelessly, and fixed our electrical system. We are more electrically safe in our home now. Five star! We will ask for Donny in the future.

Next day Justin Allen arrived to do a thorough plumbing inspection. He was attentive to details, keen about his work, and a good communicator. Excellent work Justin Allen!

Corrie W. arrived on time which was so important to us. Corrie W. started when he said he would, he provided professional services. He was up front with cost, the work that needed to be done and how it would be done. All the work was performed in a timely and neat manner. The repair called for 2 plumbers. Corrie and Garrett were Phenomenal.

Austin Renwick and crew were very knowledgeable and provided impeccable Custer service and adrressed all my concerns. I will use them again and will make referrals to my friends and family.

There was a leak in a bathroom that needed toilet replacement. It was replaced with an American standard toilet; conserves water, very efficient and high performance toilet. Also if financing needed it was available.

Austin did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great experience beginning to end. Setting up multiple inspections with Misty was a breeze. Trevor arrived on time and was super friendly and professional. He informed me of what all he was doing and why, answered all my questions, quoted and helped me prioritize things needing attention. Highly recommend!

10,000 Stars if I could!! This company answered my request I submitted online in less that 8 hours (especially given I submitted it at midnight). They sent the technician over. Aric Brown was the technician that came out. Within 5 minutes he was already assessing the problem. Also did an inspection of all plumbing in my house included. He showed me all the pictures and explained what the problem was. A few of the copper pipes were corroded and that’s what was causing the leak. He also pointed out that my water heater had been installed incorrectly and was not up to code. (Previous install from another company that I will never use again). He went to his truck and 5 mines later was back with 3 estimates. 1 to fix all the problems to include the hot water heater, 1 just to fix the leaking pipes, and 1 for the heater alone. Well of course I wanted it all fixed. So he said ok and he was going to get the materials and be right back. I said Wow! same day service? And he said yes Ma’am. He was gone and back just like that working on my house. When completed he showed me the pictures and of course the work on the water heater. I was amazed because it was quality work done correct and he answered all my questions about the valves. All around Aric was just a really good technician. I would definitely recommend this company to others or call on them if I need their service again for something else. Thank you!!!

Donny came by to install an outlet for us. During his inspection he noticed some issues with how our electrical panel had some wiring issues as well as a few other shorts around the house. He got the outlet installed and took care of these issues quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend Donny and Love plumbing air and electric to anyone needing work done.
