Love Plumbing Air & Electrical

Called on a Sunday1/22, Austin arrived about 30 minutes after receiving the request. Austin arrived promptly and diagnosed our issue and gave us repair options. He came back on today, 1/23, on time and completed the repairs as quickly as he could. He and his partner were great, as is the entire Love crew!!

This is my first time using Love and I am very pleased with the workmanship and very professional and friendly. Explained everything and answered all my questions with satisfaction. Hard workers I would use them again.

Christopher Anderson provided excellent service after my tankless water heater was destroyed during the recent deep freeze weather event. Love Plumbing Air & Electrical was able to squeeze me into the schedule a day earlier than originally planned despite the high demand for their technicians. Upon arrival Chris patiently listened to my description of what happened with my frozen pipes and leaking water heater. He, inspected the damaged water heater, entertained all of my questions, and gave me all of my options with upfront, all-inclusive pricing. He arrived early the next day to install my new water heater and finished with the installation well-within his estimated completion time frame. Overall, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. I appreciate his patience and willingness to provide helpful prevention and maintenance tips. I would recommend Love Plumbing and Chris to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Corrie was very professional. We had some major plumbing done and he made the process super easy on us. Strongly recommend Corrie from Love!

Terrance was absolutely fantastic he was quick easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel stupid because I didn’t know. He was very well mannered and super helpful I’m so thankful he was the one sent to my home and I will be back for other electrical needs

Brandon Hansell was my tech, he was very professional, patient & pleasant. He also gave me 3 options to go with my water heater & toilet. I'm very pleased with the outcome :)

Let me start by sayin' that I AM IN LOVE with Brandon(plumber) and Kyle(electrician) from Love Plumbing Air & Electrical. Both of these young men are so awesome in so many ways. They're very friendly, respectful of property outside and inside of dwelling, knowledgeable of issues/services and just all around a joy to work with.

I recently moved into a home that was built in 2021. You'd think there would be no issues in such a new home. I came to find that my water pressure wasn't what I wanted and I hated the previously installed cheap toilets. Upon arrival and start of the inspection of things, Mr. Brandon quickly found that the tank that had been installed was missing a bladder. Well, I'm no plumber, so that was basically Japanese to me. He explained what it was and what it was for and why it was needed. I decided to have a new PROPER tank installed and now feel certain there will be no further issues, BUT if there are issues, Mr. Brandon assured me he can come out and fix it. I also wanted upgraded toilets and he installed those for me and THEY ARE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT and AWESOME and so much better than the originals! He also installed a garbage disposal that day that makes my life so much easier. I noticed I had some hot water issues after he'd left. So I asked him to come back out to check that. Come to find out the home had a small hot water heater so he installed a new/larger one for me. I decided I wanted updated fixtures to my master shower, master tub and second bathroom shower-tub combo. He installed all of those and they are beautiful. ANDDDD I decided I wanted a new sink and he chose a GORGEOUS updated sink that I know I will enjoy for years to come. SO HAPPY!!!!!

Mr. Kyle came and conducted a full electrical inspection for me. He gave me some great information for future projects and made me feel better about some things that were worrying me. Mr Kyle ended up installing 4 ceiling fans for me. The ones that I picked out had remotes and no pull strings. (yeah, I really shoulda chosen better ones. LOL) Well, these remotes all came programmed to the same frequency. So, unfortunately we came to find, after he'd left, that one remote would control all three. It made for some funny moments I have to say. I called in, explained the situation and Mr Kyle came back out and fixed them in no time. I also had a couple of ceiling fans that we already installed in the home, and after an initial look at em', he thought they may need to be reinstalled for safety issues. After he thoroughly inspected them he found that they were actually ok and told me they would need no further repair or replacement. I really appreciated that ease to my mind.

Overall I just wanted to share my experience for anyone that is curious about this company and what they do. Everyone I've dealt with so far, even the dispatchers and office folk, have been friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable in their services. I will TOTALLY do business with these guys in the future and I recommend you do as well! :)

***UPDATE***
I had an issue with my garbage disposal. The button broke almost immediately. (manufacturer's defect issue is what I'm thinking) Mr Brandon came back out and fixed/replaced the issue/button in minutes! Now everything is working perfectly and I am so incredibly happy with the services of everyone I was in contact with at Love Plumbing Air & Electrical. What a great company with great people working for them!

Donny Tomlin was fantastic! Super talented electrician and very professional. We added a job to his day (wiring and hanging a 65" TV on stone above fireplace) and Donny stayed late (7:30pm) to get it done that day! He took great care to keep our home clean (took his shoe covers on and off every time he went from the house to the truck and back), and vacuumed up behind himself after the work was complete. Great guy, will definitely have him back to do more work for us!

Sean was very caring and explained all of the options to both me and my mom. He was knowledgeable and the repairs were completely efficiently. We have used Love Plumbing in the past and recommend them to anyone....especially Sean!!!

Corrie was great! He was professional, prompt, and thorough. We’ve used many plumbers over the years, and he’s by far the best we’ve had.
