Love plumbing was SO wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone with a cooking or other plumbing issue. Scheduling was easy, their staff was very responsive and polite and professional. Communication was stellar. Karen, our tech, went above and beyond to help us. She was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. I get like we were in great hands and will definitely be signing up for their maintenance program also. Top notch service. Can’t say enough how highly I recommend this company. Thank you Love!

Hayden came out to give us an estimate on a replacement water heater. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything they could offer us in repairs and service contracts and emailed quotes to me expeditiously and then made sure I had no questions on the quotes. Their pricing was far better than a competitor price ingot quoted just the day before.

Brandon was very Professional & provided quick and efficient work on repairing my water heater . He replaces the water heater by himself got everything up to code and provided all available options giving me reassurance on what was best for my repair . Thank you for your excellent service !

Surprisingly with the extreme cold weather in SC I had a pipe burst, and I reached out to Love for a plumber I was added to a wait list but they responded with in 48hrs. Chris came out and was very pleasant, he did a great job finding the cracked pipe and assessing the damage, I believe he gave me a fair quote for the work and explained everything. He even cleaned up the area when he was done he gave me advice on how to proceed with getting the wet installation and damaged wall repaired.

Jeff and team were great in taking care of some plumbing issues that were found during the inspection of my home in the sale process. They did a great job and were here when they said they would be. The entire process with Love was very professional from start to finish!

My hot water went out and they had someone at my house no less than 30 minutes from my original phone call! Jeff was the person they sent and he was very professional, quick and friendly! My water heater was 16 years old so I got a new one thru their 18 month interest free loan! They installed it same day! I am very satisfied with their services from start to finish! We needed the line from the sink to the septic replaced and Austin did a great job. We also needed a AC checkup and drain line replaced. Reggie made sure everything is running properly so we are ready for summer. Both service technicians were very helpful and professional.

If I could rate Terence higher, I absolutely would. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled. Personally, I often feel overwhelmed and completely out of my depth with anything electrical, but with Terence as our electrician I feel 100% confident that he did and will always do his utmost best to ensure the safety of my home and all within it. He has eliminated the anxiety I felt about my home’s electrical needs and replaced it with confidence and calm!

The young lady who answered the phone was professional and kind. The service man Corrie Williams was exceptional! He took his time to thoroughly explain what he did. He answered all of my questions. He was honest and caring. Talking to him was like talking to a big brother who knows EVERYTHING about plumbing! Job well done! I will use them anytime and recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Donny T was here today on time. Very thorough and professional as he assessed the whole house electrical system, provided 4 different options to cover the original issue and all other items that could be addressed. After determining the best option for us, he performed the installation and repairs efficiently with a minimum of time needed. Our thanks for a job well done.
