Grainger Industrial Supply

Went to Grainger as a repeat customer and at the recommendation of a competitor. Need plumbing parts to repair our water filtration on our Motorhome. Jacob was very helpful and provided the parts to get the water system back in working order. We thank you all at this location. Y'all provide stunning customer service.

Orders online $418 and was told my purchase was ready for pickup. Got to location and was greeted with an attitude, interruption of a sale, then when he came back with my order it was wrong and incomplete. He argued with me what I ordered and disagreed with what my records from grainger online said. My email said my order was ready for pickup but Mr Angry Pants said my order was only partially ready but the only reason for my order wasn't going to be here for two additional months. Last time dealing with grainger. All the companies I've worked for I always showed up to grainger 1st, those days are over. Just lost my 30 plus years of loyalty.

My line of work has me visiting Grainger all over the USA and always meet the friendliest and most helpful people except here. The service was so poor I left without parts and will not return. I highly recommend Grainger for what ever you need, just not this one.

Horrible to deal with by phone. Rep. does not even visit nor send a business card. When you call for support, it is obvious that they are not worried about obtaining your business. Goodbye corporate, hello mom & pop. I will gladly pay more to not deal with this.
