Russell came out and did an outstanding job running new plumbing lines for our shower renovation. He made sure everything was correct and that we were happy with it. He even went above and beyond by letting us know if anything came up which needed adjusting to just reach out. That is great customer service and I'm glad we have him for our plumbing needs.

I called Love after having another company “no show” twice in a week without any notice or follow-up call. Love came out the same day I called. Their plumber was professional, provided an itemized estimate of repairs needed, fully explained the needed repairs, and showed me first hand additional items needing repair that I was not aware of. A few days later I called to schedule the repairs which Love did the very next day. At all times each person I spoke with whether customer service, scheduling, or the plumber was professional, pleasant, and prompt.

Aric serviced us and he was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. I requested help and they sent someone out same day! The work took two days to complete but they did a great job.They checked all my fixtures to ensure they were working as they should be and made suggestions about things that would improve my plumbing. I would definitely call on Love again!

Hired Loves for our new tankless water heater, we had a great experience with Corrie Williams and Yancy that we hired their electrician Terence Hayes to do some electrical work on our home. They were all very professional and down to earth. Will hire Loves again for any future endeavors. Thank you.

Garrett Shealy showed up and looked over my leaking sink drains, looked over how he could install a water line from the pipes under the sink to the new refrigerator we bought. He gave us new drains and hooked up the water line to the refrigerator in a reasonable amount of time, and even looked at our pathetic shower installation my former landlord had put in to replace another pathetic shower installation. That may be our next effort, to put in something that won't fall apart. Anyway, Garrett was helpful in describing our kitchen subfloor, said the leakage we've had from the dishwasher is present, but thus far only cosmetic--we have time to assess that when we've got more money in the budget. He also cleaned out the bathroom faucet aerator and what I thought was a water pressure issue was actually a dirty aerator. I'm thankful for that freebie. The cost was pretty high, but that's plumbing for you, I knew going into this that it wouldn't be cheap. I'm pleased to have a sink that doesn't leak, ice in the fridge, and an idea what to get done next in this 100-year-old house. Thanks Garrett!

John was very professional when he arrived. I got a text/call informing me they have completed some of their schedule jobs and if they can come earlier ( 1 day earlier). I thought that was phenomenal especially since it’s super cold outside. The issue I had was my thermostat was set to one thing but the inside temperature was way off. John expertise was able to rectify the issue pretty quick. I recommend this company, and their awesome technician John.

Electric issue. He not only solved the problem but took time to educate me on my problem which is super important to me.
I continue to call Love because they care from misty answering the phone with care in her voice to top notch technicians showing up and going the extra mile.

Love sent out an automated voicemail stating they performed a recent home service and were calling about our account. We have had no recent service from Love, and when I called the office about the message, they indicated they were just promoting a service special. This is an extremely poor way to engage a customer.
