The team at Mechanical helped us out in a pinch when the people we originally sourced to fix our HVAC seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth! We were down to the count with the closing of our house and were in a panic. No worries with this fantastic team! They ordered the parts needed and got us sorted quickly. Dustin was fantastic as was his colleague. in terms of fixing everything.Rebecca was amazing in getting it all organized :) Thanks to this wonderful team we can move ahead with the closing of our house :)

As a Realtor and a homeowner myself, I have used this company (recommended to me by another Realtor) consistently for 3 years for inspections, repairs, new systems and maintenance for my buyers, sellers and myself. Their service is excellent, integrity exceptional and prices are competitive and will not overcharge or look for problems that do not exist! There are bad companies and other good companies but State Mechanical continues to earn my business at every encounter!

I have worked with Mike, Dustin, and the State Mechanical team for many years. They service our family's residential HVAC units as well as our commercial office building unit. My family and I has been through full replacement to routine maintenance work on our units with them. We trust them to give us an honest and well educated answer to our questions or concerns about the work they are doing and in taking care of the units. During the pandemic, they serviced our units and respected our wishes to wearing masks and boot covers when in our interior spaces. If you want a truthful and family company, take a look at State Mechanical. If they for some reason can not help, they will help get you to the right place.

Our AC went out just before closing time and they sent someone out immediately. They even had the parts in stock to fix my AC system that is 22 years old. I have used them in the past and ALWAYS a great experience.

Brand new unit install and State mechanical had to fix the unit 4 plus times within a year. After the one year labor warranty was up, it happened again, they declined to even look at the unit or honor the 10 year parts warranty they gave. Find someone professional that stands behind their work.

I would not recommend State Mechanical! They did my HVAC inspection and repairs before I closed on my house. Now I am left with a broken HVAC system in the heat of SC and they will not take responsibility. Talked with the owner and his response was " I will see you in court". I do not recommend them!

Able to come the same day! Knowledgeable and speedy service. Dustin is very polite and was able to explain in detail what the problem is. Would definitely recommend!

Go with a larger more professional company that will stand behind their work. These guys will sell you a new unit and refuse to fix it when it lasts less than two years.
