Terrible experience with these people. After waiting a day for service, they cancelled my appointment because the previous owners of the business (we've had it for 4+ years) owed them money. Instead of calling me to ask about that and potentially collect if I had owed them, they cancelled the appointment I waited a day for. Then, after discussing the issue, and their mistake, they wouldn't make arrangements to put me back on their schedule for today. Wouldn't even bother to ask a manager to see if an something could be arranged. Meanwhile, my cooler remains broken and these people lost a good paying customer.

Dan's heating and air has been our go to HVAC company for many years. They have always been there for us when we have had little problems at bad times, like a pilot light going out during 20-degree weather, etc. They also replaced our duct work a couple years ago and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I wouldn't use anyone else to service our unit, I can trust that they will do a fantastic job at a fair price everytime.

My American Standard HP was installed by Dan’s Heating and Air on 3/7/2016. The first repair to the unit was made on 7/6/2016 for a charge of $75.00. The second repair was on 1/17/2018 and 1/18/2018 and cost $125.00.
The third repair was completed on 5/3/2018 for a charge of $800.00. This unit is barely two years old and to date I have incurred $1,000.00 in repairs for a new unit that cost $5,000.00!
Unfortunately the unit still seems to not be functioning correctly as it recently took five and a half hours to cool my 1300 square foot house down from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 78. The outside temperature at the time was 83 degrees at 6:00pm.
I have repeatedly requested for the owner to contact me to explain the last repairs. I have also made the request in writing with no response.
