I have used them for all of my services and to install a new unit and duct work. Always had great service and professionalism. The only problem I have is that suddenly right after my unit was serviced it now has a small Crack in one of the lines that caused all of the refrigerant to leak out. . I can appreciate that things break but if it was just serviced and it was a large leak that could be heard as they stated then why was it not caught the week before when the service was done that the charge was low? Isn't it part of the service to check the charge levels? Or is it more likely that it was broken during the service? Just my two cents. I've been a mechanic and been all over the blue collar world. Atleast try and take into consideration that cracks don't usually happen unless something causes them. Component failures and mechanical failures sure but a Crack only a week after service severe enough that ll the refrigerant leaked out is hard for me to believe

We called them Friday. Our heat pump went out during the cold front. They came out within minutes. (We live fairly close.) Saw that the motor was the issue. Offered us heaters for the inconvenience. (Sadly, couldn’t get the part that day.) They called us Monday to let us know they still weren’t able to get the part but would try again Tuesday. Tuesday came around & they called saying they had the part. Came out that afternoon to put it in for us! Super reliable people. Very good with communication.

Chosen company for my personal home, and in my construction company, in other homes, this company is thorough with installs, as well as service calls. I have highly recommended Mack Heating and Cooling since 2012.

Have always found employees at Mac Heat & Air friendly & professional. I found them to be honest & capable. They serviced my 2 units in my last home & just finished inspecting a home I have under contract to purchase. They have been a pleasure to work with.

I called first thing one morning and a tech was at my house in under a half an hour. He diagnosed my blower was bad and called while on site to find they had one left in stock. He came back the next day, earlier than he said he would, and fixed it right up. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, almost 500$ for labor (the blower was still under warranty) and to clean the unit. I would think for no longer than It took, that would include cleaning out under the AC fan in the top of the unit, but that’s my fault I didn’t ask first. Otherwise I haven’t ever had any complaints from Mack.

Really professional family owned business. I highly recommend for repairs, replacements and, please, sign up for annual service..much better than other local places offer. The only company that touches my hvac is Mack Heating and Cooling. I've recommended many, many times and everyone has thanked me for introducing them to the Mack family.

I absolutely love Mack Heating & Cooling. All of their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I know that if I have an issue or even a question I can give them a quick call and they are always there to help me. My favorite tech is Kenny, I have been using him for years and I trust him. If he says I need this or that, then I know that's what I need to have done. Love them they are all truly amazing!

I contacted Mack outside of normal business hours and they immediately returned my call, informing me of how soon they could come out. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me along the way.

While they were here, they also offered to provide assessments/rough estimates for other heating and cooling issues, which we will tackle in the future with Mack Heating and Cooling.

Helpful and very friendly! Came out the same day we called when others said it would be days. The technician, Kenny, was polite and explained our issues, without being a pushy salesman. He completed the work in less time than he estimated, saving me money! My only complaint is that I was told by Martha, the lady booking my appointment, that the service call fee would be waived if we decided to get the work completed, which IS NOT THE CASE! They do not waive the service call fee, but they did take a few dollars off of it. All-in-all, a good experience.
