We were totally satisfied with every aspect of our install. Jeff came out and assessed our situation, discussed our options and let us make the decision. We were able to have the unit installed on time and the site was cleaned before they left. Bobby and his crew were so nice and patient with our 98 yr old mother.I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism . They even located a faulty breaker in our panel box and corrected it at once. I would strongly recommend using them above the national companies!

My AC went out over 4th of July weekend (Sunday) and everyone I called wouldn’t come out until Monday or Tuesday. The kind answering service lady, immediately had a technician call me back (along with a reasonable quote). I thought the technician was going to say he couldn’t come out too, but he did (late evening at that). He arrived in the thundering rain, found the problem and fixed it right away. Very professional and courteous. Thank you all for the great service that you provide.

All American has been my HVAC company for over 20 years. I am very pleased with the quality of their service, the recent installation of a new HVAC system and their competitive pricing. Also had them replace the old thermostat, add a carbon monoxide detector and a surge protector. Will follow up with a duct cleaning soon.
The crew was extremely respectful and answered all my questions.

Service and repair.....Been with All American for more than twenty-five years, I believe. They have always been dependable and provide good work.

I came home Sunday evening from weekend travel to a broken AC unit. I was thinking I would get a call back in the morning, as it was already 9 PM, but they answered and had a technician out in 20 minutes! They had my air fixed so fast and much cheaper than I had expected. So impressed and happy to have found them.
