Called at lunch on a Monday and the tech, Devon, arrived an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a temporary fix to get me by until date of new unit install. On install day the crew arrived on time and tested/explained all work to me before leaving. From start to finish everyone was courteous and professional and pricing was transparent and reasonable. I’ll only be calling American when it’s time to replace my second unit.

Contacted All American for a service call (AC not cooling) on our approx. 10 year old, out of warranty heat pump (which they installed). Was informed that repair costs would be about 1/3 the price of a new unit so we decided to upgrade to a new, more energy efficient unit. The service call was early in the morning and by 1:30pm the same day, a team of 4 technicians arrived to install the new unit. By 4:00pm, they were packed up and leaving. Overall, a good experience...except for the fact that our heat pump required replacing in the first place!

Great group of guys! Supervisor made sure everything was done to perfection. They took the time to explain how everything worked. Done in a very timely manner. Bobby and crew! Thank you for a job well done!

Jeff did a great job checking our HVAC unit. He was very detailed in his work and also very informative. Enjoyed his visit and the professional manner of his approach to servicing our unit. Thanks Jeff. He also sold me a surge protector.

Bobbie was great supervising a previously botch job with my HVAC system. He made sure everything was up to date and it all met code. This was not done by previous installer. He moved the unit OFF my clean out septic tank, installed appropriate unit for the size of my house and corrected necessary duct work that was also incorrect. I can mention so much more about the previous installer, but I'll focus on the new company which has been around for a good while. All American did the job right, explained everything, did a walk around with me to be sure I understood what all they did and correct a multitude of mistakes. Also to be sure installation was to my satisfaction and no mess was left. I would give them 10 out of 10 for a job well done. They were here on time and finished when they said they would. Very pleased. Would highly recommend this professional company and qualified staff. JW

Jeff Royer was excellent technician, who was very proficient in performing maintenance check, system equipment knowledge and explaining what he was doing and results found. He was neat in appearance, very friendly and customer oriented. He also explained the benefits of possibly installing air purifier on system and explained where it would be installed and efficient it would work. I highly recommend him and his work to any customer or future customer.
