I called them this morning and they had a technician sent out right away. Jeff was very professional and proficient. He fixed our issue with the HVAC rather quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future whenever the need arises and recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.

We had a freon leak in our AC unit the other weekend. We called the All American team late on a Saturday night and they were there early the next morning to fix our unit and get our air running again. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you for the quick response from your team!

Heat pump and air handler went out Sunday night with lots of smoke and tripped breakers. I called them at 8 am on Monday morning. They had a 2 ton in stock. Exactly what I needed without a wait and the price was in line with the other phone quotes I was getting. They had it running by 2 pm. I am in industrial maintenance so I watched them like a hawk. They did a great job. Made sure everything was level and secure. Changed out all needed items including adding new breakers in the panel to make sure they were the right size. The team was professional, courteous, and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and left all areas the same as when they started. They sell the Daikin brand which we use a lot of at work. I am expecting a long life out of this unit since it was installed correctly.

This company has done a great job training its employees. The team they sent to my house to do my install was awesome. They worked together to get the job done efficiently. I called to have a circuit breaker replace. However, my technician Jeff notice something was wrong. He looked at our unit and found the problem. The circuit breaker was fine. I was very impressed with Jeff. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job. All American Heating & Air replaced the heat pump and air handler at our home. The price was fair, the response was quick - the same day in fact, and the work was very professional. Everyone we dealt with at All American were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are now loyal customers of American Heating & Air.

Had them put in a unit several years ago and did a great job. Now I need servicing and they won’t come out to my location any longer as they say it’s too far out. Got my money so see ya later is what it’s all about.
