Called and was told they didn't serve certain areas of Lexington County. The lady then asked for my personal info and said I would receive a call back from a Manager. After giving her all my info no one called. Totally disrespectful and a waste of my time. So I contacted another HVAC company that is installing a new unit for us. So keep in mind when contacting this company you may be wasting your time as well. Evidently they don't need the business anyway so please give it to a company that cares and is motivated.

Jeff arrived when he said he would. He was really courteous. He took care of the problem with my air conditioner and I am pleased with his work.
