I scheduled a routine maintenance service with Bentley's and was very pleased with how quickly they were able to work me in. Shout out to the tech. Travis who called ahead to tell me he was coming. He did a thorough and very professional job. He explained everything and was helpful in pointing out ways in which I could run my system more efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable heat and air contractor.

I started to gather quotes around the Greer area and had the chance to meet Mike. He got over to my house quickly and was straight to the point on my options. Pricing was the best that I found and what stuck out the most is his suggested replacing the furnace brand with the air handler so they would work better together. No one else I met with offered this.

No pressure only solid advice and a plan to get my heating fixed. I was able to get the process started with the staff (which were amazing to work with!) and setup a time to get my heat back up and going. The team that came out to replace my old unit were very polite and fast to get things done. I will always use Mike and his team moving forward. THANK YOU!

Air conditioner not working.Waited 4 days for them to come out which was fine. Charged service fee just to come out, labor fee to add Freon and then additional fee for Freon-service tech said that should fix the problem nothing else needed. $275 total for 20 minutes. Air conditioner not working again 2 weeks later-after 5 calls to office with no return call 6th call I asked to speak to owner who of course is not available but “I’ll give him a message “ just like the last 5 times I said-still no return call. So if that’s how you are going to run your business and treat your customer’s I feel obligated to write this review so other people do not use your business and waste their hard earned money for nothing. We have moved forward with another company who did not charge us for a “service call” and we plan to move forward with a new air/heating unit which apparently we needed from the beginning!!!

We had a Trane 15XL Gas pack installed. The installation was done on schedule and the job looks clean and professional. No mess was left over. Mike Bentley is a nice guy to work with and I'm glad I went with Bentley's. The only reason I took off a start is their office person isn't very good with communications and my emails go unanswered. I don't think this is a concern, but it really shouldn't happen.

In the Taylor area, I think this is the most reputable company to go with. Locally owned, not a chain, and not a bunch of scam artists. I hope they always take the route of common sense for the consumer.

No A/C work is cheap, if it is then you probably aren't getting the right person for the job. Your A/C unit will only work as well as the installation.

FYI, I purchased the 10 year labor warranty and was assured that this meant I will have no out of pocket expenses for the 10 years. Only maintenance isn't covered.

Bentley's Heating and Air recently installed a new HVAC heat pump, and also a new water heater for my home. From the beginning Mike Bentley explained everything to me and was always available to take my calls immediately. He and his staff were extremely helpful each time I contacted them.
The day of installation Mike was here along with a crew of 4 others. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Travis was also very courteous, answering my questions too.
I highly recommend Bentley's Heating and Air for new systems, or future maintenance work.

Two years ago I had my downstairs Furnace and my downstairs AC Unit replaced. I got three quotes and went with the lowest quote expecting less service and quality because the quote was considerably lower than other quotes.
I was WRONG! The service and quality was the best I've EVER received in my HVAC previous experiences. The units are TRANE!
This past year, my upstairs units needed replacing. I made only one call, to Bentley's Heating and Air!
My home has never heated and cooled this quickly! I am completely satisfied with how Mike Bentley and his team took complete care of my home and family. They are the BEST!

Bentley’s is a company that is trust worthy on diagnostics and repair. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and there Tech Robbie is top notch. He always goes above and beyond to get things going.

Travis with Bentleys is amazing ! He came and fixed my AC unit and I am beyond happy!! My house is cool as can be and I will definitely recommend to anyone !
