It was later in the evening, and my heat went out... called Bentley's and they came out when many others said no. Stephen was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A very southern gentleman. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to use Bentleys for all my HVAC needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My husband and I have a small business in Spartanburg. And we are using Bentley’s Heating and Air for yearly maintenance. There was a miscommunication about a maintenance visit. The owner called me back within the same day as well as rectified the situation in the best way possible. He was extremely understanding and professional. Great customer service here!! Reasonably affordable as well.

I was with Bentley last eight years under yearly maintenance plan. This time they came and checked my HVAC , Found capacitor is bad. ,Techician want 50 dollar for capacitor which you can 15 dollar from amazon . $120 in labour for five mins work . I was under mainatance contract with them . I couldn’t agree the change in maintenance policy agreement. Technician was nice enough to put old capacitor back .

What a professional company! It’s unusual to find such dedicated, honest, qualified people such as as those at Bentleys. The installation crew of Jerry and Victor were amazing. Very polite, clean and timely. I would highly recommend Bentley Air Conditioning to anyone in the upstate heading service, sales or maintenance of their HVAC systems. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Mr. Bentley came to our rescue. It was a holiday weekend, and even though he doesn't typically handle the service calls himself, he personally came out to get the air conditioner working again at our house. In fact, given the holiday weekend, he was in the middle of enjoying holiday plans with his family, but when he heard that the need was for a family with two special needs children, he personally attended to the call and had our AC back to full function without skipping a beat. Excellent service, caring, and professional. So thankful for this guy.

Melvin & the team at Bentley’s did EXACTLY what they quoted, when they promised, with no surprises; our family couldn’t be happier. The team was very professional and had the most competitive pricing for a consumer reports well-rated brand, Rheem, of the 5 companies we had quote a new HVAC unit.

They were exact and transparent with their quotes and didn’t skip any details when it came time to install.

They offered a strong warranty without any silly annual warranty fees and even completed all of the paperwork on our behalf.

These guys are great, friendly, and know what they know what they are doing! I will always use them. I trust them and that says a lot!!

Definitely impressed and happy with this experience. I had some work done a couple years ago (different company) and was nothing but problems. Received a recommendation for Bentleys and within a few days they had diagnosed the problem and presented me with options.

I would also say it is one of the best “customer experiences” I’ve had with any business, and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know needing work done.
