Air Kool Heat & Air

Had a brand new heat/AC unit installed in 2016 with Air Kool. Had a few issues with it over the years but they always responded in a very timely manner, and fix it promptly. Very professional.

I had another company come in and they found a bad expantion valve. Kool air wanted $6700. For a NEW unit. I paid $500. And my old unit is like new.

Quick response but hold on to your wallet. My most recent repair was on a Sunday, 19 minute job with no parts required = $250. That's $119 service call (which is normal) plus $131 for the "We got you" fund.

We paid 624.03 for a fan motor. My neighbors had the same part replaced for just over 200.00 labor included. They were supposed to call with a price quote prior to ordering the part, this didn't happen. I guess when its 97 degrees outside you can charge any amount you want. Stay away from this place!!!
