Our unit was installed in a timely manner and Mr. Alverson made sure our ceiling was repaired when his team accidentally caused a minor hole in the ceiling in our room. We had an entire AC replacement. The process was accomplished by prompt, courteous people. We lost our air on Fri. And the system was replaced on the following Wed.
