Air Kool Heat & Air

My experience with Air Kool has been a rollercoaster. The third time we used them resulted in a negative experience and I thought we wouldn't use them anymore, but to our delight and surprise, the owner reached out personally and did everything he could to fix the situation. We ended up needing to replace our unit, but they credited us the money we had already spent with them trying to fix our problem and he came out again personally after the installation to make sure everything was right and that we were satisfied. He also brought us a case of filters for our new unit. At the end of the day, the most I can ask for from a business is that they do what they can to stand by their work, which he did. I feel comfortable recommending them because I know if something does go wrong, they'll make it right.

Beware. Technicians were very nice and efficient but office would not provide a detailed invoice (parts & labor breakdown) for a repair made as the result of a scheduled inspection. Tech told me one thing and office said something completely different. Cost was not provided until after the repair was made. Owner never followed up with promised call to explain. Ask for pricing/details before authorizing anything.

Very professional and thorough. Inspected both our systems and tested their operation in preparation for the upcoming heating season. Have used them for over 20 years and always found them to be very reliable.

We had an amazing experience with Air Kool! Our A/C had been having problems on and off so we thought it would be best to go ahead and get the whole unit replaced. I called and they came out the same day to give me a quote and two days later installed a whole new unit. Melissa was very helpful with our financing process and very responsive with scheduling the installation and for Ken to come out a few days after to make sure everything was working properly. Could not have been more pleased and loved how smooth the whole process was! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

The technicians were great took their time explain things what they were doing very informative courteous.Had 2 new units put in 2 years ago best thing I did for the money cut power bill in half in the summer and heat bill down to.Have used them in the past 5 years wouldn't use anyone else they are the best .

Air Kool Heat & Air provided quality, professional service. They were honest, reasonable in price, and genuinely concerned about my needs and repair. They were quick to respond and showed up when they said they would come. I highly recommend them.

We have always used Air Kool Heating & Air. We have been in our home for 21 years and have had a new heating & air system installed by Air Kool during that time and we have our units covered under their preventative maintenance agreement where they check our units twice a year to help keep our systems lasting longer. It is a comfort to be able to call a company you can trust. Ken and his staff are wonderful to work with and truly care about their customers.

The gentlemen arrived on time. They listened to my issues and examined the unit. He explained what had happened and instructed me as to what to do later. They were both polite. I have used this company before and will again.

Great experience with these guys. My AC stopped working during our heatwave and it was a bad fan and other parts on a old unit. They installed a new unit within 2 days of me calling and we're very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend for fast good service.
