    Ken, Tyler and Chelsea were all very helpful in getting my HVAC system tuned-up and running smoothly. In fact, Ken and Tyler spotted & re-attached an air line that had become disconnected. What a positive difference that made to the comfort in that bedroom. I am happy to be onboard with Air Kool's bi-annual maintenance program, too. This program is fairly priced and gives me peace of mind knowing that my HVAC system is being cared for by reliable, honest and professional people.

    I have seen a lot of HVAC people in upstate SC, and I needed a new company to try. I started reading reviews, and the only company with positive reviews was Air Kool. I met their technician named Scott, who was perplexed at the reading on my newer AC unit. Several other technicians from well known companies had done what Scott did, and told me the unit was doing all it could. I accepted it as fact, and even told Scott. Scott however, did not believe it. He came up with a couple of theories as to why his gauges were giving him the reading, and started to eliminate the variables. He correctly diagnosed and made my AC unit do what many other big name companies could not. It is downright cold in my house, and it's 94 outside! I will use Air Kool from here on out. Call them, and request that they send SCOTT out to your house. He has the experience and determination to solve your problems. He is honest, and Air Kool is very reasonably priced on their services.This is the first review I have ever written, and it is well deserved. I am that impressed!! Thank you Scott.

    Air Kool has been my choice for my heating and AC needs for over 15 years. They installed a Mitsubishi system in my basement recreation area and a Carrier Infinity series AC and gas furnace to provide service to the upstairs areas of my home. They service my units twice yearly. I have always had a positive and congenial relatiionship with the company and its owner Ken Alverson. I have found Air Kool to be professional and fair and, most importantly, reliable. Ken hires only quality, trustworthy people who know the products they market and can be counted upon for maintainence and fair prices for new systems. A few years ago, my elderly neighbor was down and out financially. Ken found a used furnace in excellent conditiion and replaced her old unit charging a modest labor fee.

    I've had problems since day one. New furnace blowing cool air in the winter, and it is on the loud side. Also, it sounds like it is about to short out. Vibrating on high to low. Now, in 90 degree weather the a/c is blowing hot air. It is Sunday and I understand I wont hear from them today, so, here I am with a new furnace blowing hot air in 90 degree weather, for a couple of days. Tomorrow I will see if they stand behind their products and their labor

    Was needing a new machine and ducting and the team came and installed it faster than they forecasted and have been responsive to questions and prepared for preventative maintenance every 6 months
