Air Kool heat& Air is an excellent company. Their customer service is top notch. Last year I was quoted 14,000.00 for a new furnace. I called air Kool heat & air for a quote the next following week my furnace was installed for 9600.00. I’m so grateful and my family is warm.

In the middle of last July’s worst heat, our 15-year-old AC unit went out. My friend and neighbor recommended Ken to me, and provided his number. Despite being incredibly busy with installations, he came to my home and evaluated the system. As expected, the entire AC system had to be replaced, and our home was once again cool and comfortable within a few days. The unit that he recommended is the perfect size for our home, and we noticed immediate savings on our power bill. A few months ago, we called Ken, as the downstairs of our home remained cold. Within a few hours, an HVAC technician was in our attic, assessing the problem. Our home was cozy and warm 2 days later. Air Kool Heating and Air gets 5/5 stars from my husband and me! The staff is professional and knowledgeable, and I trust Ken to provide great service and reasonable prices, as well as offering quality products that I’m sure will work well for many years. I’m so glad that my neighbor knew and trusted Ken and his team, and could recommend him to us.

Air Kool has been a great company to work with! They were awesome when we needed new units, both with helping us finance and the install. And when a minor issue arose a little over a year later, they were here within 30 minute to address and fix. Fantastic service!!

Great company and people to work with. They installed a gas pack for downstairs for me about 7 years ago and are replacing my old heat pump for upstairs today. The only company I called. Excellent service, price, and experience showing that they know exactly what they are doing. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone that wants the job done right, quickly, at a good price, and they stand behind their work, even though I have never had a problem with anything they have ever done.

Ken and David returned today tested the new compressor and it was defected. Replaced the new defected part and Now the temperature is decreasing in the house. No Charge and Customer is satisfied. As of now it's 81 and going in the Right Direction. Good Job. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS #1..

We had our upstairs AC unit replaced and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The quoting process was quite quick and although our attic isn't the most easily accessible, Ken assured us that it would be no problem and it wasn't. His team led by Juan was extremely efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. We had AC again in a mere 2-3 hours on the install day. (which happened to be Memorial Day weekend) And despite the very wet yard, you could hardly even tell they had been here. I would highly recommend these guys. Top notch professionals.

They were very professional. They cleaned the filters and checked everything out thoroughly. They left me with an inspection checklist of everything that they had done. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Air Kool. Ken explained the quote he provided and Melissa the billing specialist explained everything in detail. Installation of my units went smoothly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish 2 crews were dispatched instead of one, but they did a great job and left everything clean when they left.
