When you buy their VERY affordable maintenance plan, you are their priority..from getting someone out pronto to giving you the 10% discount on labor. Long live the Alversons.

Air Kool is a family-owned business that treats its customers like family. They respond to my elderly mom's requests with patience and kindness and perform the service as fast as they can. I wish they were located closer to me!

Service tech was very knowledgeable. Had a system up and running in a few minutes. Technician was on time as scheduled with the office and the bill was very reasonable. from my experience, I would recommend the company.

Frank was great! We were without heat these last couple of sub freezing nights but he came over, simply looked at the furnace, and it kicked on…this guy is GOOD! Seriously, it took him a minute to deduce the problem (frozen runoff pipe) and remedy it. Our heat is back to running perfectly! He also gave us some great advice on general maintenance tips, CO2 monitoring, and just a good guy to speak with. I strongly recommend Air Kool for your HVAC system and maintenance. They’re our future service team.

Air Kool was recommended to me by a co-worker a couple of years ago when my system went out in December. They responded quickly and had a new unit up and running within a couple of days. Unprofessional, poor installation of new HVAC system (a 3.5ton Trane) led to multiple, repeat system failures with TCV, coil and compressor units. Had to use a different HVAC company to fix all the mistakes the Air Kool technician made; Coils incorrectly connected to plenum, numerous air duct leaks, evaporation drain incorrectly routed, refrigerant lines not evacuated properly leading to a stuck TCV, and refrigerant leaks. Stay away, do not use this business!

We have been with this company for 5 years now including buying a brand new unit from them in December 2018. Our old unit went out 2 days before we were to host our family Christmas party on a Saturday. Air Kool got our new unit and was at our home that Saturday morning early to get it installed and working before our family members were to arrive. Our house was warm and toasty and old unit hauled away with any clean up about an hour before our 1st guest arrived. It was a little stressful for us but not for Air Kool…they were on top of everything with a professional manner and got the job done without a hitch. I highly recommend them!!!
