Very good store and very well organized!

OK, so I came to this store and had a horrible experience at this location, after having a horrible experience at another another Northern Tool store location. Honestly, so far, since I have been in Charlotte, I have had only one positive Northern Tool experience. The others have been discriminatory. This is 2022, it’s not OK to watch and racially profile minorities as they are shopping, it is very offensive and people will complain publicly. Please do better.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Theresa and David are total pro's. First time in for a larger purchase...got the advice I needed, great pricing, efficient checkout and they carry your stuff to the car for you! Who does that anymore? Highly recommend.

My local store did not have the item that I wanted so I called the Rock Hill, SC store and spoke to one of their sales associates. She was very helpful and informed me that she did, indeed, have the item I was looking for. On top of that when I wrote-up my order, I received a big discount for being a repeat customer! I'm very pleased.

Great store! Clean, new, products in stock and in a great location off the highway. Cashier was very nice and welcoming. A lot of items in the clearance bins that are good quality and you can buy at a big discount. A lot of trailers and equipment in stock ready to go.

Always clean and most time the inventory is available that i need even in shortages. Their house bran Gravel Gear clothes are my go to, last a lot longer than comparable Carhartt or other brands but cost less.

Not good. Had an issue with buying a part. Called the manager over. He was rude and not helpful. Muttered under his breath as he was walking away. Told me it was 2022. Extremely bad experience. Don't wast your time.

My cashier Ashley was a wonderful team member she was very helpful and courteous through the entire process of checking out . The Store was in immaculate condition during these crazy Covid days I was very impressed with the cleanliness End it made me feel good

If I could give this store less than one star, I would. The customer service is non existent. The weekend store manager is rude, abrupt and demanding of the customer. We had ordered and paid for items online and took the option to pick up at the Rock Hill store location. We called the store to verify items were in stock and were told they were. We drove 50 miles to pick-up the items , only to have the store manager try to charge us a second time for what we had already paid for via pay pal on Northern Tool's website. he manager said she couldn't trust all the documentation, even when I showed it to her on my phone. We Showed her the PayPal confirmation and the order confirmation from Northern Tool. None of that mattered. The store manager started to scan the items to ring up. After already paying for the items online, and driving 50 miles we cancelled the order and left. We will NEVER shop at this store again
