Comfort Zone of the Carolinas

I've used Comfort Zone for several years now and have had them install 2 HVAC systems in 2 different houses. They also do annual maintenance on all systems for us. They are extremely dependable, always on time, and do excellent quality work. Highly recommend.

A/C tech did an excellent job of examining and cleaning the current A/C system. We are very pleased with the integrity and value of Comfort Zone services.

I built a house and looked for the best company, found out that was Comfort Zone. I wanted an upgrade so I talked to owner Jason Whitesell who recommended a system that would save me money and pay me back for what I paid. It did.
This Sunday, 3 years after installation, a cold day with freezing temps in the forecast my unit shut down. I called Comfort Zone and got a call within a few minutes that the repair guy was going to be here in 40 minutes, and he was! Less than 10 minutes later Jason Whitesell the owner himself was at the door. They diagnosed the problem as being the digital thermostat and will return the next day to install a new one. A compointant they have no control over. They didn't make the darn thing! But wait, do I have to freeze to death No problem, Mr. Whitesell went to his truck and returned with a new heater still in the box. He set it up where I wanted it and it headed the room aided by my ceiling fan in a matter of minutes. They then worked on my gas fireplace unit & found the instructions and remote I had searched for for 3 years. Who knew they were underneath the unit behind a grill looked to be welded. Jason did I guess, he found it. They fired it up within minutes and I have just had to turn it off for awhile due to breaking into a sweat. Would I hire them all over again, If I need something, they are my go to HVAC Company. Trustworthy, professional and hometown people that will be there and fast because they are your neighbors. Those big out of town guys may or may not be around when you need them. And the ones that promise you this and that usually don't keep their promises. Why not just do what Comfort Zone does and tell you what they are going to do and for how much and do what they say.
There's no better recommendation than someone hiring a company after they have proformed work many times before. Installation, maintenance, repair, & now another installation. You won't only have a dependable HVAC Company but good friends that will care about you and your needs.

I normally don't do any reviews, but my experience with Jason and his crew at Comfort Zone was too incredible not to share. From the first phone call to the inspection, design, purchase, tear out and installation of my new HVAC system there is only one thing I can say about this Company. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Jason and his team of technicians are experts at their craft and know how to treat customers right. Replacing an HVAC system is a big decision and a huge expense, but Jason made the entire process so much easier. From explaining his design modification ideas to providing flexible financing, and expert installation and operating instructions. Overall, my experience with Comfort zone was nothing less than Outstanding!! Highly recommend Jason and crew to anyone needing Quality HVAC service!!

My husband and I have been very happy with Comfort Zone. The woman who answers the phones is friendly. We receive timely reminders of when it's time to have our system serviced. The Technician Brian is friendly, professional, informative, greets our black lab like they are old friends and goes the extra mile like changing our filters that are too high for us to reach. We are very happy with the service we've received and highly recommend them.

I called to get a quote for a system replacement. My call was returned very quickly. I got friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure advice on my options. I quickly decided that I wanted to use Comfort Zone of the Carolinas for my new installation. The installation crew was on time, worked hard all day, and were very professional. Highly recommend!

They were very professional and honest. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My air broke on a Friday night. The company I had a service contact with never even called back. I am now getting a service contract through comfort zone. When I told Brian my mother was on oxygen, he was there in no time. Thank you so much for all y’all did to help and get my air going. I will be a customer for life!! This company is honest and did not over charge.

If we could give Jason and his team a 12 star review, we would. Jason spent multiple hours with us before and after they finished the installation work, making sure we understood how everything worked and answering our multitude of questions. He is also one of the top 5 five nicest people you’ll ever meet in your entire life. The duct work installation his team did for us is amazing- he was so creative and came up with a great solution to help us keeps costs reasonable, and when we came back after the work was done, our heating system worked better than it did when it was brand new. We are going to save immense costs on our heating bill now that we have wonderful new duct work. Multiple other contractors have recommended Jason. We would recommend him again and again.
