Northern Tool + Equipment

I ordered a sprinkler online and it was missing half the parts. They refused to send me replacement parts and refused to refund me. Wanted me to come all the way back to the store. Heather the manager was extremely rude. This was my first time shopping at northern tool and it will most certainly be my last.

amazing staff - Online orders always easy and quick in and out during pick up.

Extremely rude staff member caused me to walk out without purchasing anything.. drove 40 minutes to this store to get some welding supplies and look at generators. The staff member (I think his name was Rich) was disrespectful and impatient while I was waiting in line. Had a very condescending attitude and I believe it was because I'm young. I work in retail and I know customer service; this place doesn't have it. Not going back. I'll stick with TSC.

Wanted to thank northern tool in Rock Hill SC for having employees like Terri to assist customers. Needed an item that was out of stock and Terri went out of her way to help me order the item Thur another N. Tool store. She will be the reason I continue giving the Rock Hill store as much of my purchases as possible.

I have placed several orders with Northern Tool online for pickup in store. The employees are very responsive and helpful when I've had to reach out for assistance.

I was off too long and had to reenter. Was very quick after I re entered site.

Heather at the rockhill sc location was very helpful and got us exactly what we needed for our repair work i would highly recommend going there and highly recommend her to help you with what you need i will be shopping there more often thank you

Wow! This place is so screwed up! Most of the items are way OVERPRICED! I have one of their Northstar generators and you just can't walk in and get your sparkplugs, filters, fuel tank grommet, etc.....without dealing with a "partsroom"! Just to complicated for people! We want simple NORTHERN! ps- stop with the overpricing!
