They have some stuff you can't find at the larger big-box hardware stores, and the store is always clean and well organized. So, in that regard, I have no complaints about the store or staff.

The issue I have is with their price-matching policy. They will only match prices that can be obtained locally, meaning if you can't drive across town and get that price somewhere near you, they won't match. This may be common practice, I don't know. But the problem is, they are the only people who carry the item I want to buy. There is nowhere else locally to buy. And the lower price that I found was on the manufacturer's website! And they still wouldn't match. I'll probably still shop there from time to time, but I'll definitely be looking for other places to spend my money first.

This evening called the Rock Hill, SC store for an update on an item I ordered in mid July. I was put on hold and after 12 minutes was disconnected. Went online to the chat service. Chatted with Doug who gave me a complete update within 5 minutes. Doug was efficient with all the information I needed.
