Mike was quick to respond and on time the day of the appointment. His diagnosis was very thorough and then gave several options to help fit our budget. Work carried out on time to schedule. Warranties for his work were explained and the warranty on the parts used. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Mike came recommended from my real estate agent to conduct an inspection on our new home's AC unit. Mike was easy to communicate with, so knowledgeable, and very very particular about every detail of our Trane AC unit. After the repairs were made by the builder I asked Mike to come back through and re-check that the work had been done correctly. Mike is so professional, meticulous, and so easy to work with. Great service! I have used Myk for my A/C service last year, and was very pleased with his service. Showed up on time this morning for the appointment, even a couple of minutes early! Very considerate with social distance and cleanliness! I will continue to use Myk and highly recommend him without reservation!

From the first phone call, to the installation of our new unit, Mike was courteous, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and even after the installing the new HVAC, he has come to my home to help fix some other minor issues. He climbed up on my roof, in the pouring down rain to wrap the roof vents with trash bags, cause they had rotted and were leaking. Then, once I purchased the proper materials to fix them, he came back and fixed them. He is honest and a man of integrity. If there were only more people like Mike, the world would be much better place.
