We used this service because our garbage disposal went out. We called the day of and a rep came out within 20 minutes. The system just needed a reset and he was so helpful with explaining. We will definitely use them in the future if ever needed.

I found my one unit was not working. I called Rudd and they came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and scheduled the installation. All went well. Their service tech (Marcus) was great. I would recommend Rudd.

They were very responsive with setting the initial appointment/consultation, explaining the process, and was able to install earlier than originally scheduled. Shawn was extremely professional and thorough, explaining everything to me about the service performed. The price was very reasonable and I am definitely going to switch my heating and air work to them as well.

We called Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air to get a second opinion regarding an estimate of repairs we received from another company. Morgan got us scheduled promptly and we received several communications regarding our appointment. Rick, our technician, was extremely respectful, professional and knowledgeable! He was very thorough and was able to determine the real issue and get us back up and running within a few hours. The other company left us without AC/Heat for 5 days and quoted us $1K to replace a coil that wasn’t even broken. Luckily Rick was able to catch their error and saved us a lot of time and money. Overall we are very impressed with the service we received from Rudd and will continue using them for our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I called Rudd mid-morning with a leaking garbage disposal problem. They were able schedule and have the entire unit replaced before the end of the workday. My tenant, who had the issue, was very grateful that the entire process was rectified while he was at work today - and, therefore, I am too! The plumbers were quick, yet thorough, and very honest.

Our air conditioner stopped working late one evening. We called Rudd first thing in the morning and they sent out a technician within an hour. Unfortunately my compressor locked up and needed to be replaced. The cost to replace it was half the cost of a whole new system. We decided it was time to just get a new system and the guys at Rudd had there salesman here in less than an hour to quote us a new system. Once we decided on our new system it was going to be a couple of days before they could install the new system. When there wasn't a technician available to bring us portable AC units to use until the install the salesman went to go pick them up and bring them to us himself. That was so amazing because it was so uncomfortably hot and humid in my house. When the day for the installation came Jeremy and Dakota arrived bright and early to get us installed. They were awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked all day to get our system installed and did a great job. Afterwards they explained how the new thermostats worked and helped me get them online and setup to be controlled from an app on my phone. EVERYONE we interacted with at Rudd the repair technician, the salesman, the office manager, to the installation guys were beyond polite, friendly and professional. It is rare to get this kind of customer service anymore and it was really appreciated. Rudd will be my AC guys from now on.
