Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air

Had an urgent issue, called Rudd and John arrived within the hour. Took less than an hour to fix and we are back in business! John was very professional and knowledgeable. He was a real pleasure in an unplanned and unfortunate situation.

These guys are great! Morgan answered my call to their office and worked hard and creatively to expedite my service. We had a busted water pipe. She called back right away when she had an option. Jeremey was the technician/ plumber who came out and replaced the pressure Guage that the freeze busted. He eventually gave two options for me to balance cost with convenience and then he set about to make the repair. The repair proved to be less time and effort than quoted and he reduced the price significantly. I hope he doesn’t mind me acknowledging that it came out that Jeremy is also an Eagle Scout (30 years ago) and instructor. Super humble guy. Really knew what he was doing. Jeremy was thorough and careful. And I was pleased to do business with an honest and competent professional. Solid. Call Rudd.

I've used Rudd for both HVAC and Plumbing services, and I find them to be absolutely fantastic. Every employee has been friendly and informative, specifically Jeremy, Shaun, Adam and Jayce on the plumbing team who triaged my old sewer line and installed my brand new one! The scheduling staff is excellent and always sending helpful reminders. Technicians have always shown up on time and their prices are fair for the market conditions.

Our bathroom faucet, right side handle, was leaking at the base of the handle, and leaked under the sink. We couldn’t figure out the repair ourselves. Our technician, Shaun Swain, arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem and explained thoroughly the solution; and he replaced the cartridge (caused the leak). He removed the faucet, so he could dry the countertop to prevent mold from forming. He also advised us to get additional cartridges from Moen directly; they guarantee their products for life and would give us free cartridges for future issues we might have with 13 year old fixtures that might have worn out cartridges. The bathroom was neat and tidy when he was finished. I also appreciated the “paper booties” over his work boots ! Thank you Shaun!!

I love my new hot water heater and garbage disposal! Jeremy was top notch.....on time, experienced, professional, meticulous and went over everything with me. I'll recommend RUDD - and Jeremy - without reservation!

I had Rudd put in a new HVAC system changing from gas to electric. Dakota and Brent were the technicians and did a fantastic job. Both technicians were very professional!

Then I contacted Rudd to come back to put in a new hot water heater and a new toilet in the bathroom. Jeremy Lindsay was the technician for the hot water heater and toilet install. He did a great job and patiently answered any questions. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

A contractor came out to the house and was also impressed with the quality of work Jeremy did. Not only was the work top notch, but Jeremy is professional and does the work right the first time. He makes sure to go the extra mile and I highly recommend this technician.

Diagnostics for faulty 10 yr old AC unit. The staff kept me informed of all time parameters for arrival time of appt. Ola fully informed me of options for HVAC. Gave me 3 options for moving forward. No pressure for any of my decisions.

Josh @ Rudd was very courteous. He looked at the system, to find the problem that I was having with the heater.
Found the the issue and showed me the problem while the unit was running by using the tablet camera. Gave me options and also showed me some potential problems that could occur later. No sales pressure at all.
Getting the part and he will be installing when it arrives. Very satisfied with the visit.
