I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars!!!! We were out of AC for almost 2 weeks. We had other businesses come out and look and said it would take 2 months for parts to come in. I called Rudd and Morgan answered the phone. I told her my story and she made me feel like family. She went above and beyond to help my family and got us scheduled for a technician to come out first thing the next morning. Brent was our technician and he was so understanding and very helpful. I will ALWAYS trust Rudd with any heating/AC issues from now on and will highly recommend them.

Our A/C unit capacitor died this evening, the night before a record high temp day for May. Ola from Rudd came right over (at 9 PM) to take of us! He had the part needed on his truck and had us back to cooling in no time!
He was the ultimate professional and got the part replaced and did the quick once over to make sure everything else on the unit was good to go!
Don't bother looking any other company! Just go with Rudd from the start and you will not be let down in any way. From price to professionalism to prompt service to quality of work, they are unmatched and would give six stars if I could!

Water heater major leak in middle of night. Contact Rudd early AM. Adam responded promptly and serviced professionally with excellent advice. Have used Rudd many times and they never let us down. Could not be happier.

Adam came out to check our hot water heater, & shower issue. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, & thorough. When our water heater does need replacing, we will certaininly call Rudd, & request Adam.
