Can’t thank Anchor enough for such great service this week. When our AC stopped cooling Monday night - we reached out the next morning and LESS than 48 hours later, an install team was at our door.

Stephanie & David - owners - prompt and professional communication, getting their service team out to us within 4 hours of our first communication, and proposals for our options within 2 hours of the service visit.

Chase - service team-for his professional service, quick recognition of the issues, and easy explanation of the next steps.

Haleigh and Pat - install team - Arriving promptly at their quoted time, very respectful of our house (covering flooring and not making a mess in/out of the attic) and efficient install of new condenser and coil.

This is not the way we wanted to start our summer but knowing that we were in good hands made it a lot less stressful!

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Anchor Heating & Air team. Rick, the wizard of HVAC, was prompt and professional, documenting and fully explaining all issues and the possible solutions. Stephanie & David are hands-on owners providing a strong backbone and leadership for this local business. We have worked through a number of different AC "experts" to troubleshoot ongoing issues and this is the first time I have felt that we received an honest, knowledgeable and comprehensive review and course of action. Our room cool at nights even with the heater on. The technician (Chase) who came to check it out was very professional and people-friendly. He checked every area and other vents to see what was wrong, then fixed the heat so the room wouldn’t be cold when the heater is on. Thank you - now we don’t have to bundle up to keep warm.

Anchor heating and air were quick to respond and sent out a technician to give us a quote. The technician listened and was thorough with the explanation for the quote. He even followed up the next day. Haleigh and Pat came out the following day and installed our mini-split efficiently. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I immediately noticed a difference after Brandon serviced our air conditioning unit! He was quick, courteous, super knowledgeable and sure to explain everything he was doing and make sure I had the chance to ask any questions. I will not use any other HVAC service other than Anchor Heating and Air from now on!

Chase is an excellent technician, and went above and beyond to ensure our maintenance was performed well and all of our questions answered. He even took the time to take good pictures and write up a reasonable quote for some duct repair work.

Brandon , our technician was great! He has 30 years of experience and it sho s. He shared some valuable information about our system, the filters we should use, as well as our dual thermostats. He was great! He was on time and I would recommend him and give him 10 ⭐️ and 2 thumbs up!

Our AC went out on July 4th and Anchor made an extra effort to fit us in their schedule! The Specialist was on time, professional, and thorough with the inspection. We are back up and running and will be seeking a n annual maintenance contract with them for upkeep.

Excellent service. I've used 3 different HVAC services in the low country in the past few years and Anchor by far is the best ive used. They are friendly, responsive, efficient and are extremely knowledgeable. I recently had a job completed that other companies misdiagnosed. It's an issue that we has been ongoing and we had other professionals look at. Anchor came in were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Hats off to this local family owned business with an exceptional trained group of folks. I wish more companies would take note.
