Lee was not only on time, he was 1.5 hours early. Bridget set us up late yesterday afternoon since we were having some issues. Lee was so nice, showed us what we could do if this happens again, and had us back up and running in no time. Definitely recommend terrace . The staff is so easy to deal with .

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to having someone come out at the set appointment time, to follow up by the supervisor, these folks know how to provide the highest and most reliable customer service. The work crew that then installed my new air and heating system exhibited a phenomenal work ethic. They never sat still, finished up the job in no time, and left the workspace spotless. Their supervisor then came to check up to make sure the work was done correctly. The billing and paper work to receive a rebate was handled seamlessly. My husband and I recently bought a new house that needed new ductwork and a new AC unit asap. We got a couple quotes, but Terrace Heating and Air gave us the the best quote by far. We worked with Bill (who is AWESOME), and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and welcomed questions, even after the work was completed. I felt that all of the workers were very professional, and they were efficient with their time. I can tell that I was given very good quality products and work. This is one of the few places I have hired that I feel truly cares about their customers getting the best and being 100% satisfied.

I recently purchased a new dual zone system with heat pump, air handler and whole house dehumidifier and am ecstatic with the process, the company and the result. I couldn’t be more pleased. I live in a townhome and anyone who has knows the frustration of the upstairs downstairs difference in temperature issue I had purchased a zone system 14 years ago which separately heated and cooled the two floors. After trouble with the system over two years I asked my renovation contractor, (who is a saint) who to call and she said Terrace who she’s used for 20:years.

Terrace really listened to what I wanted and then based on what I had, gave me a proposal with several options with a wide price range. When I asked for his recommendation, it was sincere and in the midpoint of price. Once I ok’d it, work started in days with an amazing crew of 3 technicians. Their skill was apparent just from watching them work. They took great care of my home and cleaned up each of the three days as if they were never coming back

The temp in my house is so comfortable and I’m thrilled with the whole house dehumidifier. In Charleston, which is constantly high humidity, controlling humidity is key to comfort. I recommend Terrace without reserve.

Our HVAC system was 24 years old and the outside compressor inevitably broke. We decided to replace the entire unit so that we could have the inside unit moved from a closet to the attic. The outside temperature wasn't unbearable so we spent a few days getting 3 quotes from local companies. Two companies sent sales representatives who were knowledgeable but clearly weren't going to be involved in the installation of the new unit. One charged us for the diagnosis of the broken compressor, which we already knew but didn’t argue. Terrace sent project manager, Bill, who is the only person who worked on the outside compressor to try to get it running. He was unsuccessful but spent an hour working on it with no charge. He was easy to get in touch with and always responded to calls and texts. During installation they upgraded some of their services at no charge because of our renovation plans. We felt very comfortable having his team in the house and Bill stopped by frequently during installation to oversee/guide and also stayed to work with his team at times. They are a trustworthy local business and pride themselves on quality units and installation. We are grateful we went with them.
