This company was referred to me by my daughter, who uses them. Great company to work with. Very responsive and always on time. Answered all my questions and presented me with a variety of options at different price points. The team took care to keep the interior of my house clean. I would definitely refer them to others.

Terrace is a great company. They are prompt to respond and send a technician. The technicians are honest and can get your system backup and running at a reasonable price. I have never felt taken advantage of by terrace. They really do a great job

Had an appointment when the AC was completely out. They were quite late (over 2hrs outside the 2 hr window) with the appointment and never called about a delay, so I was left in the heat not knowing what to do next. However, once they got here, they did a great job! Customer service & communication could definitely be improved upon, but I would still recommend them.

Replacing my ancient heating and air conditioning system was not something I was looking forward to, but Terrace Heating & Air made it as painless as possible. A friend had recommended Terrace, but I took bids from two other local companies -- one smaller, one larger. I was impressed by Ryan Wham's knowledge and professionalism in our first meeting, so we worked out the details and got started.

The Amana equipment Ryan helped me select is a huge efficiency upgrade over my 16-year-old system, and I am already reaping the energy savings as a result. Installation was thorough, prompt and came with as little disruption as possible. Both units were up and running in two days. All the old junk was hauled away, the yard policed for stray screws and scraps, and even my landscaping escaped unscathed because of the protective measures the Terrace crew took. They even wore booties when they came inside to protect my hardwood floors!
The final satisfaction came when the job was finished and Ryan presented me with the paperwork -- already filled out! -- qualifying me for a rebate from SCE&G. The new system is quieter, warmer, less dry and eliminates more dust than my old system (I had the electrostatic filters installed, a wise decision that has helped with my allergies).

My experience with Terrace was solid. Bill, Bridget and Lee were all very helpful with assessing and processing my repair. The primary method of communication with Terrace is over the phone so give them a call rather than sending emails. When it's time to replace my unit I will be calling them first.

I bought a condo in February 2020. The wiring caused problems and had to be rewired to the thermostat from the air handler inside. The problem was solved within a few hours. Employee was professional, cleaned up the area he was working in and pricing was very fair. Do not hesitate to call them!

Got 4 quotes. They weren't the lowest until I really started digging into the quotes. All the others had too many "what if"s". If you need this done it will cost more. If you need that done it will cost more. Start to finish in 2 days. We had window units so they had to do duct work, electrical, wood frame work for the outside unit. Our house is small but it encompassed a lot of work. Never a word about " oh we've run into this, it's going to cost more". The quote was solid. Excellent labor force. Bill got them started and they rocked until it was done. Now if you're reading this and they tell you supplies are short, it's not bs. You can check around. They're not trying to jack up the price. It's a nation wide issue. Just ask anyone at Lowe's.
I give them 5 stars. On time, clean, professional. Excellent work. But the best benefit of all....the wife is happy!
