Carolina Climate Control

Carolina Climate Control just recently replaced our old HVAC system with brand new Rheem equipment (inside and out). The entire process from beginning (assessment/quoting) to end (job completion) was seamless. Our technicians, Riggs and Russell, couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! We would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for affordable, top-tier quality work!!

They installed two Trane systems, one in our rental the other in our home. When service is required they are quick to respond. Their technicians are courteous and professional.

Bryan with Carolina Climate Control came out to our property to perform a service on our unit and performed outstandingly. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I can tell by the report he gave us that he knew his stuff and how to communicate it. Thanks for the excellent service.

We've always had great experiences with the AC side of Carolina Climate Control. Really think these guys are the best in the area. We recently called them for some plumbing work and they did a great job on that too. James and E came out, were on time and easy to work with. They worked with care and completed each task successfully. Definitely recommend!

Our air conditioner cease to blow cold air. It was 95 degrees out. I have respiratory issues so we were worried. Carolina climate control came to our house in one day. Josh came in and assessed the problem quickly and assured us he could have it repaired in no time at all. It was such a relief. Josh was quick, efficient and polite. I will recommend the company from here on out.

We had to buy a new AC unit and I was given this company name by a co-worker. They were very responsive and a technician was calling me within an hour of my initial call. Travis my technician walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt pressured to buy.

He also let me use 2 windows units until they could come out and install our new unit. Katie in the office even pulled some strings to help me get the unit installed a week early and scheduled around my crazy work hours.

Kirk our install technician was great as well. He was on time, walked us through everything and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company for AC repair or replacement.

It’s scary out there trying to find a repair company you can trust and that isn’t trying to screw you over, I have to say Travis and his crew renewed my faith in service companies.

The last thing anyone wants to deal with when returning from a trip is a broken AC unit! Fortunately Josh from Carolina Climate Control responded quickly to my call and was able to come out and make the repair within a few hours. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided and thankful to be able to cool our home down in this hest!

Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a very big job done on our old downtown Charlestin house. New AC, new heat pump, new hot water heater, and all new duct work. Stephen was extremely knowledgable regarding how to redo an entire climate system in a house built in the late 1800's. This type of expertise is not easy to find. During the project, the company was always on-time, did what they said they would do, and answered questions promptly. They were happy to come back a few times and readjust some things to get it right. The company obviously stands behind their work. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

Josh did an awesome job for us! He was on time, very thorough in his inspection and super knowledgeable in every aspect of the system and the mechanics of it. He performed all the repairs and maintenance along with providing detailed data and pictures of everything he did. By far the best service we’ve had from a contractor. Thank you, Josh!

What's not to like? The men were on time, they were efficient, personal, responsive and clean and my new AC system is working like a charm. It's only been three days but I couldn't be happier. This is my first experience with Carolina Climate Control and I certainly made the right choice.
