Mike & Tyler Sowder are the best at what they do. Air Concepts replaced my 35 year old HVAC ductwork in ONE DAY! This in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home of 1800 square feet with ductwork in a crawl space on a 90 degree day! They did a great job. They also reset my AC unit and put a new sheet metal hood on it.
Air Concepts also does a regulars maintenance program on my AC which is almost 10 years old and keeps it running like new.
My wife and I recommend Air Concept Solutions to everyone who needs a professional company with highly trained technicians for all their HVAC needs.

Charles was awesome. I very rarely leave reviews (once or twice a year at most) and when I do, they’re usually bad. After the unusually great experience with these guys, it’s well worth my time to let others know. They fit me in next day even after calling 5 minutes before they closed and Charles got here much sooner than I expected which is obviously what everyone wants when their AC is out. The arrival was very friendly and professional and he got right to it. After some testing, he came back and made many recommendations ( yea, I thought I was about to get sold everything imaginable) but unlike my expectations, he was extremely clear and honest about what was actually needed to get things running correctly and told me why other things could wait but also the importance of each. Easily the most honest and knowledgeable person I’ve ever dealt with in any similar situation. I can’t remember what the certification name was, but it was the highest you could get in the field and it showed. I even asked how much new thermostats would cost and he referred me to a savings deal with my specific electric company which got me 2 free $800 thermostats. Even paying him to come back out and install them when they arrive will cost less than to have gotten some cheap thermostats from him right then. Honest. Friendly. Reliable. I thought this guy was the owner of the company because he acted like it. Would recommend this company to anyone but I would definitely recommend requesting Charles for a great experience.

We have always used air concept solutions for quite a few years. They have always been willing to go the extra mile. We had to use them a couple weeks ago as there are many split unit went out and the sunroom. They came out and replaced the outside unit. Was scheduled within a timely and quick manner.

We had another case at one point in time it was the hottest part of the Year our house AC went out it was on a Sunday it was 99° in my house. I called them and they came out to me at approximately 6:30 p.m. to fix my AC unit. Never charged me and after hours the fee.

Mike, Matt, and Ty came out today and did such a thorough job looking into our HVAC system to help us find a solution for an excessive power bill. They also fixed our thermostat wiring, checked under the house for tears in the duct work, checked out the handler and how to properly keep the area clean, and so much more. Not only did they go above and beyond what I had expected, but they also educated me and my mother while doing it. I am so grateful for them coming out today and I would highly recommend them! Thank you guys so, so much!

Mike & Charles came to our home today to fix an ongoing issue that 2 others companies previously said they fixed. They checked everything they possibly could (no stone left unturned) and were able to fix many issues. I feel very confident in their knowledge and plan to use them for everything HVAC related in the future. Thank y’all for your help today! Our air has been working amazingly!
