Our AC stopped working this afternoon. I called Fogel for help. Spoke with Ivy, who was wonderful, understanding & professional. Our tech was Bryce. He quickly got to work, diagnosed the issue in minutes, fixed the problem 1,2,3. He explained what had happened in detail. He was great. I can't say enough about how happy me and my family are with Fogel!

Fogel is great to work with. They are prompt and responsive. They have done repair work on our rental and have installed a brand new unit. They gave us several options/pricing to choose from and I felt they were very honest! We will definitely use them in the future.

For the annual maintenance on our AV unit, Fogel sent William to do the servicing. He was excellent, efficient and informative about our unit. I will definitely request this technician in the future.

UPDATE: We were told the part (that they apparently don’t keep on hand, and refused to expedite shipping on) would be here by Friday (today) at latest and we’d be hearing from them to schedule repair. Didn’t hear from them, so I called and was told they’d take my name and number and call me back in a few minutes. Never heard from them. These people are the WORST. They didn’t install the unit in a timely manner and then when they did, they either shortcut it or screwed it up and now won’t return calls or fix this problem- on a brand new house!!!!

This company is not worth the headache; you can’t trust a word they say and the workmanship and follow through are just plain terrible. New house, A/C unit in FROG was set in place but never installed. We were promised it’d work by closing… kind of worked for 2 days and then broke. New part had to be ordered, I’ve called every day since for an update or an eta. Always promised that we’d know more the following day. Going on more than a week in the middle of the summer and no AC, with no end in sight, in a new million dollar home. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself some frustration and use a different company, I wish we could have.

We had Dale and John come out to straighten our pad that our HVAC unit sits on. They were extremely kind, efficient, and seemed to really enjoy their job. They even noticed that our straps werent properly fastened for our hvac unit and went ahead and fixed that for us as well. Thank you guys for your professionalism!

Billy Strickland - Service Tech - Mr. Strickland is an outstanding service technician for the Fogel Heating/Cooling Services Company. Mr. Strickland spent over three hours wiring the circulation and outside air thermostat, adjusting the air flow through all of the ventilation ducts for maximum efficiency and going into the attic space and realized the home was wired for a third zone. Mr. Strickland combined the second and third zones together so they could work together simultaneously. Mr. Strickland's knowledge and understanding of the heating/cooling system is second to none. Without any doubt or hesitation, I would highly recommend Mr. Strickland to anyone needing service in the Four Season's Retirement Community. Mr. Strickland sets the bar very high for other technicians to achieve. Thank you so much for all you've done on our heating and cooling system.

Called with problem and Ivey answered the phone and was very helpful and caring. She walked me through the process and stayed with me on the phone until she had a time a tech would be out. She also called after the repair to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Top notch..!

Had a great experience with John and Dale. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was absolutely taken care of. The dudes worked so hard in our oven of an attic to make sure we had cool air same day for our kids. Would highly recommend.

Just a great experience working with Fogle Services. I have been using them for over 15 years. Their prices are very reasonable and their maintenance is superb. Technicians are always on time and are very courteous, well trained and very professional.

Our annual preventive maintenance went well. Identified some issues before they become real problems. William was punctual, cordial, and knowledgeable. We hope he can be our technician next time too.
