David was great. He was respectful and found the solution to the problem to get the air cold. Fogel answers their phone when you call. They're respectful, on top of the issues, and find the solution! You can trust to use their services.

Dealing with Fogel has been a nightmare. We are required to use them as our new home is under warranty and they are the exclusive service provider for our builder in the neighborhood. First, the primary and emergency drain lines on our air conditioning unit were reversed when installed. This caused our drain pan to overflow and a large amount of rusty water to drip down our windows and siding. They were prompt in fixing the drain lines, but getting them to replace the stained siding and trim took literally months, several visits, and many angry phone calls and emails. Each time they would come out, only a portion of the job would be done and we would have to fight for them to come back and finish. Now in winter, we are having heating balance issues and requested they investigate. First appointment - did not show up, no call or anything. Second appointment, I checked to confirm the time the day before and they said they had no record the appointment was made. They offered to work us in "at some point in the afternoon". I said explicitly to call this number before arriving and check that the time works for us, and they called a different number just to say they were around the corner. Just a complete communication and general customer service mess.

They were able to get out very fast and diagnosed the issue, and fixed it effectively and efficiently. Very good service and Austin (the technician who came out) was knowledgeable and professional.

We had to get our unit replaced this week and couldn't have picked a better place to do it. From scheduling with Barbara, to Luke and his partner showing up and doing an awesome job, everyone was so professional and kind. Luke was happy to answer all my questions and keep me updated throughout the process. We will definitely be using Fogel for future AC/heating needs!

William just completed my biannual inspection. He is fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and even took the time to teach me a little about my system.

John and Dale were awesome, they took care of my issue professionally and I would recommend them anytime!!

STEER CLEAR. Not experienced, Poor customer service, extremely unprofessional (Christy in the office, specifically) sent reps that aren’t prepared for the job and unprofessional comments, didn’t fix my issue or even know what the problem was then pushed the work off to plumbers. They don’t take responsibility for their improper installations. Very rude over the phone and cancelled service without notifying me bc they did not get payment from the builder. Builder had to straighten that out and finally got some repairs from Fogel after a long phone battles over a small diagnostic fee that was not my responsibility. There are constant system issues, negativity, and poor management. Im dealing with a thermostat issue now and since it’s out of warranty (a year and 2 months old) I’ll be going to Home Services—highly recommended and they were the ones who discovered a leak around my hot water heater sticking out of my roof installed incorrectly by fogel. Only used fogel bc it was under warranty by the builder. Look around and don’t battle with Fogel.

UPDATE: they installed the wrong HVAC system in my home per a 2nd opinion. They installed a single stage unit for my two story home.

Fogel is a very reliable company, they are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions. I won't use anyone else, they maintain all of my equipment.
